By participating in “X-Men – Apocalypse Movie Contest” on Movies Now (hereinafter referred to as the (‘Contest’), you agree to have read, understood and accepted the following terms

Terms & Conditions :

1. The Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residing in India and who are at least 18 years of age or older on the date of participating in the contest. At least one (1) person of the Participants must be over the age of 21.

2. Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of ZENL/Fox, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

3. The period of the Contest is open from May 14, 2016 till May 21, 2016 (both days inclusive) (‘Contest Period’).

4. Participants are required to give full details of their name, permanent address, income tax permanent account number (PAN), phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed for the purpose of this Contest and it is to be understood that the Prize will be given to the Winner(s) only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents as required.

Any information found to be incomplete, false or misleading shall result in automatic disqualification of the Participant. The personal information provided by the Participant/s will be saved/ stored with ZENL/Fox, for future use and reference. The Participants must have an active Facebook and Twitter profile.

5. About the Contest:
This Contest gives You an opportunity to answer a simple question pertaining to the movie “X-Men – Apocalypse” (“Movie”) and get a chance to win an all expense paid trip to Cairo, Egypt for 2.

6. How to participate:
a. ZENL shall display a number during the Contest promo that will be aired on the Channel during the Contest Period.
b. The Participant shall be required to give a missed call on the number displayed on the Channel.
c. Thereafter, the Participant will be asked a question related to the movie. The question shall carry two options. Each option shall have a phone number respectively.
d. The Participant shall be required to give a missed call on the number which they think is the correct answer. The missed call shall be followed by a sms.
e. ZENL shall at the end of the Contest Period, by random lucky draw, select one winner from amongst those Participants who answered the question correctly, who shall be declared the winner of the Contest (“Winner”).
f. The Winner of the Contest will be selected randomly by an automated system and there will be no human intervention / choices. All the entries will be stored in a backend system operated by ZENL and/or any person/agency appointed by ZENL.
g. Calls made after 23.59 hours on May 21, 2016, shall not be considered for the Contest.

7. The Winner as selected by ZENL will win a trip to Egypt for 4 days and 3 nights along with a companion, which shall be provided by Fox (“Prize”).

The Prize for 2 Adults shall include:
a. Cost of Airfare
b. Transfers: Return airport transfers in Cairo, Egypt
c. Hotel Accommodation: 3 nights’ luxury hotel accommodation in Nile, Cairo, on sharing a double/twin room

8. Prize does not include any personal expenses, incidentals or food and drink unless otherwise stated.
9. All the expenses that are not specifically included are deemed excluded and ZENL/Fox shall not be liable for the same.
