#SunKissed Selfie Contest:

These terms and conditions are applicable for the #SunKissed Selfie” contest being conducted on 6.05.2016. The period of the contest shall be referred to as “Contest Period”.

Participation in the contest is purely voluntary. The participants agree to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and each participant hereby agrees to abide by the terms and conditions and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions :

1. The contest is open only to legal residents of India who are at least Eighteen (18) years of age as on May 6, 2016.

2. The contest begins on 6.05.2016 and ends on 3.06.2016 at 11.55pm.
a. #SunKissed selfie contest is all about clicking a summer selfie and giving it a caption that addresses the sun.
b. The Contest will be held on Facebook
c. Contest: The participants have to send their SunKissed selfies along with a caption that addresses the sun. They are required to use #SunKissed Selfie hash-tag with their entries.
d. The participants should have followed Vicco’s official facebook page.

3. Vicco Laboratories shall maintain confidentiality of the personal information furnished by the contest participants.

4. Participants may not post or transmit material that is libellous, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive or hateful, that violates the property rights of others (including without limitation infringing use of a copyright or trademark), that violates the privacy of others, or that is in violation of any applicable laws.

Vicco Laboratories shall assume no liability in case of any suit or claim of breach of intellectual property and all cost and consequences of any such infringement shall be entirely to the participant.

5. Participants acknowledge and understand that there will no monetary/ any other obligations on the part of Vicco Laboratories to compensate the participant for the usage of the information provided by the participant and shall have no claim whatsoever (whether financial or otherwise) on Vicco Laboratories for all the aforementioned use of any content submitted by the participants.

6. Vicco Laboratories has no responsibility for the information or any material/ content submitted by participants but reserve the right in its sole discretion to: (i) review, edit or delete content prior to making it available to the public; (ii) disclose to law enforcement; (iii) refuse access to the Page to any participant that violates this agreement.

7. The participant is responsible for all Content that the participant submits, posts, or otherwise makes available to public through this contest. By doing so, the participant represents and warrants to Vicco Laboratories that such content is original work of art and is not confidential and that the participant has all necessary permission to submit post and otherwise make available such Content.

8. The participant does grant to Vicco Laboratories and its affiliates a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, fully sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to use, adapt and exploit content as set below:
a. With respect to Content other than photos, graphics, audio, video, or journals that are submitted, posted or otherwise made available to public areas of the contest and website (e.g. not intended as a private communication), the license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute , publicly perform, and publicly display such Content (in whole or part) worldwide via the contest, website or otherwise, and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed; and

b. with respect to photos, graphics, audio, video or journals that are submitted, posted or otherwise made available to public areas of the contest and website, the license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display such Content for purposes deemed appropriate by Vicco Laboratories.

9. By participating in this contest participants agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified Vicco Laboratories, its associates, employees and agencies from any suit, claim, cost or damages arising out of your conduct in participating and submitting of entry in this contest.

10. Vicco Laboratories shall not be responsible for any entries submitted but not received or recorded due to any reason whatsoever.
11. Vicco Laboratories shall not be responsible for any delay, failure in transmission of information due to network, technical, electronic failures or any other conditions beyond the control of Vicco Laboratories
