I AM The One With Nature Video Contest:

1. The video submitted by participants would be subject to screening and can be removed if found violating mentioned guidelines or on any other ground as per Nikon India discretion

2. By submitting the video in the contest or challenges, the participant is acknowledging that:
i) The owner of the submission confirms that he is the rightful owner of the content and has all the rights to the content
ii) There’s no violation of copyrights whatsoever
iii) The participant is completely accountable for the submitted video and the description.
iv) Nikon shall have the right to modify or adapt in part of in whole any of such materials before publication at its sole discretion

3. Video complementing the contest theme and quality of the video would be the criteria for short-listing and for selection of the winners.
4. Entries posted on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram will not be accepted. The entries should be submitted on contest.nind@nikon.com
5. Video should not contain any watermark, website address, logo, trademark or e-mail id on it. Tampered, morphed, graphically enhanced videos will be disqualified.
6. The duration of the short film should be 10 minutes or less.
7. Participants can submit multiple entries but short-listing will be solely at the discretion of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd.
8. I AM The One With Nature entries will be accepted from 22nd April to 2nd July only.
9. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced, objectionable, obscene or corrupt entries will not be considered.
10. The announcement of the winners will be made on our Nikon India Official page and on Twitter.
11. A panel of judges from Nikon India will select the final winner on the basis of Quality & Creativity.

12. Only one entry per user will be selected & the entries will be scanned on Quality basis and it should be shot on any D-SLR, Compact Camera’s, and Mirrorless Camera’s. The winners will be only announced once the RAW footage of the submission is done.

13. Final winner will be selected and announced at the sole discretion of Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. Within 45 Days after the contest .

14. Nikon India implements all necessary processes to ensure clearness, impartiality and equal opportunity. If you are using the help of any illegal, unauthorized and unfair ways, software, codes etc, your entry for the contest will be immediately cancelled.

15. The entries that will be submitted by the users, Nikon may use the content for any other purpose except for this campaign.
16. All prizes/awards/titles are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
17. The gratification to the winner will be delivered within 45 Days after the winner is announced provided all the personal details asked for are submitted fully and correctly.
18. The winner shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. for delay in delivery of the prize on any grounds whatsoever.
19. Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, cancel, extend or discontinue the contest rules or any part thereof at any time without prior notification.
20. In the event that a Prize-winner is disqualified from the Contest, Nikon will select an alternative Prize-winner and such selection shall be subject to the Rules.

21. Nikon shall not be liable for any losses or damages due to the acts of God, Governmental actions or other force majeure circumstances which are/will be beyond the control of Nikon and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such losses

22. Nikon accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any participant and/or Prize-winner including as a result of any participant winning or not winning any Prize.
23. Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. won’t be liable for the warranty and service of the gift/prize items given as gratification.

24. The prizes are as follows:
** 1st Winner:- D500 Body Only
** 2nd Winner:- D5500 Kit with 18-55mm VRII lens + 55-200mm VRII Lens
** 3rd Winner:- COOLPIX P900

25. Winners may be asked to collect his gift from any nearby Nikon India Pvt. Ltd. Or its associate’s premises. He/She could be asked for national identity proof documents and Nikon India reserves the right to take photo of the winner while felicitating the gratification and use it in its various objectives.
