Photography Contest Rules & Regulations:

1. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to the Rules and Regulations and warrants that his or her entry complies with all the requirements set out according to the rules.

2. Contest is open to participants who are 18 years and above. However, if you as a participant is below 18 years of age and want to take part in this contest, you must take consent from your parents or a legal guardian to enter the contest.
3. Participant must be a citizen of India.
4. Companies, agencies and other firms or business establishments cannot participate in the contest.
5. The entries will be judged in accordance with the judging criteria and conditions.
6. All photograph submission can be up to 30Mb (maximum size in megabytes) in JPEG or JPG and PNG formats and at least 800×600 pixels (horizontal and vertical display).
7. Participants must strictly abide with the given subject/topic, failure of which will result in rejection of the entry.
8. Watermark or any form of identification or ownership of the participant is not allowed on the photograph.
9. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered, and such determination is solely at the discretion of the Sponsor/Organizer.

10. The Photograph and its description (if any), each in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken and written (respectively) by the contest entrant. By entering the Contest, entrant represents, acknowledges and warrants that the submitted Photograph and description (if any) are original works created solely by the entrant and that no other party has any right, title, claim or interest in the Photograph or its description.

11. Photographs that include sculptures, statues, paintings, and other works of art will be accepted as long as they do not constitute copyright infringement or fraud. When photographing the work of others, it must be as an object in its environment and not a full-frame close up of another person’s art.

12. Participants must provide their details if asked or required by us.
13. The winner of the contest will be contacted via phone and/or email. No person shall substitute, replace, favour or present himself/herself on behalf of the participant.
14. The organizer/sponsor reserves the right to accept or reject any entry form without assigning any reason whatsoever.
15. The participants will have to undergo a selection procedure.
16. All decision and verdict taken by the organizers and judges will be final.
17. The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
18. Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted. Such will result in immediate disqualification of the participant from the contest.
19. The rules and regulations, time and venue of the contest are administered and determined by Knock4Talent at its sole discretion.
20. Knock4Talent owns all copyright of the subjects. Knock4Talent can use its subjects for any commercial purpose.
21. All disputes are subject to Dehradun (Uttarakhand) jurisdiction only.
