Rules & Regulations:
1. By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to the Rules and Regulations and warrants that his or her entry complies with all the requirements set out according to the rules.
2. Contest is open to participants who are 18 years and above. However, if you as a participant is below 18 years and want to take part in the contest, you must take consent from your parents or a legal guardian to enter the contest.
3. Participant must be a citizen of India.
4. Companies, agencies or other firms or business establishments cannot participate in the contest.
5. The entries will be judged in accordance with the judging criteria and conditions.
6. Obscene, provocative, or otherwise objectionable content will not be considered, and such determination is solely at the discretion of the Sponsor/Organizer.
7. The winner of the contest will be contacted via phone and/or email. No person shall substitute, replace, favour or present himself/herself on behalf of the participant.
8. Participants must provide their details if asked or required by us.
9. The organizer/sponsor reserves the right to accept or reject any entry form without assigning any reason whatsoever.
10. The participants will have to undergo a selection procedure.
11. All decisions and verdict taken by the organizer and judges will be final.
12. The entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in any circumstances.
13. Incomplete forms will NOT be accepted. Such would result in immediate disqualification of the participant from the contest.
14. The rules and regulations, time and venue of the contest are administered and determined by Knock4Talent at its sole discretion.
15. Knock4Talent owns all copyrights of the subjects. Knock4Talent can use its subjects for any commercial purpose.
16. All disputes are subject to Dehradun (Uttarakhand) jurisdiction.
