Dubai Diaries Contest :

1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the contest titled ‘Dubai Diaries’ (“Contest”) to be conducted by NDTV Lifestyle Limited (“NDTV”) as a part of NDTV’s programme titled Dubai Diaries (“Programme”).

2. Your participation in the Contest will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Contest.
3. NDTV reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time without any prior intimation.
4. This contest will commence on 7th May, 2016 and end on 4th June, 2016.
5. The Contest is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
6. Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies and their families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Rules of Participation :
1. The Contest will be Watch and Win on Twitter
2. The winner(s) will be editorially chosen by NDTV.

3. Winner(s) will win a tourism package from Yatra.com, consisting of:
(i) Return Airfare from Del and Mumbai for Dubai;
(ii) 3 nights hotel stay with daily breakfast;
(iii) visa fee; (iv) Return airport transfers from and to hotel;
(v) Dubai City Tour;
(vi) Desert safari with Dinner with transfers on seat in coach basis;
(vii) Dhow cruise with Dinner with transfers on seat in coach basis. This package can be availed any time in the period of May to July, 2016. The prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winners.

4. The above package does not include:
i. Any personal expense
ii. Anything which is not a part of the above package inclusions
iii. Shopping
iv. Meals over and above mentioned in inclusions
v. Personal taxi fares (if any)
vi. Beverages at the hotel or elsewhere which is not the part of meals included in the package
vii. Any sorts of alcohol expense
viii. Tourism Dirham fee ( charged at the hotel )
ix. Room Service or Laundry if any
x. Tipping xi. Excess baggage
xii. Visa fee

5. NDTV shall contact the chosen winners within 3-5 working days after he/she has been chosen as a winner. The winners will have to provide their identity proof and complete contact details to the NDTV representative. The winners may be required to submit (by post or email) copies of their Identity Proof (Driving License/Passport/Ration Card/PAN Card/Voter’s ID Card etc.), Current Address Proof (same as for Identity Proof) Copy of PAN to NDTV (Identification documents) before being entitled to receive the prize.

6. The above list is indicative and NDTV may require the winner to produce any other document at its discretion in order to confirm his / her identity before the prize is disbursed. The mode and mechanism of the prize disbursal will be communicated to the winner by NDTV.

7. NDTV shall make reasonable efforts to confirm the identity of the winners before sending the Contest Prize. However, if the verification of the identity of the winners is not possible due to any reason(s) including but not limited to, the inability to contact the winner, submission of incomplete documents, or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of NDTV, NDTV shall be entitled to forfeit the entitlement of the winner and select an alternate winner in his/ her place.
