** As you are aware, Swosti Group has relentlessly worked towards promoting the state of Odisha as a top-notch tourist destination within and outside the country. As an expansion to such efforts, and for the very first time,Swosti Group presents “The Picturesque Chilika Contest”!

** This contest allows its contestants to share a 1 minute video capturing the beauty and the essence of the Chilika lake, where in tourists and travellers,professionals from the hospitality industry, students pursuing travel& tourism courses and people from different walks of life can participate in the contest by downloading a form, available on the swostihotels.com website and sharing details as required.

Rules of the Video Contest:
Eligibility Criteria:
The contestant should be of age 18 and above

Theme of the Video:
The 1 minute video needs to capture one of the following themes:
** Scenic Chilika
** Chilika Wildlife
** Chilika Aquaticlife
** Culture & Tradition in villages around Chilika
** Religious Tourism in and around Chilika
** Food habits in and around Chilika

Requirements of the Video:
** The video must be realistic and original (with no system generated graphics)
** The video must have been taken by the participant
** The video must have the voice over in English
** The video must not contain any obscene imagery or gestures

Rules of Submission:
** The video should have a title and shall be mailed across in a CD to Head Business Development , Swosti Group of Hotels, P-1, Jayadev Vihar, Bhubaneswar-751013 mentioning the name and the code of the participant. Alternatively, this can be mailed to bd@ swostihotels.com
** The video shall be shot using a camera with good resolution for better clarity

Last Date for Submission:
10th July 2016

Evaluation:
** A panel of experts from Travel, Tourism and other industries will evaluate the submitted videos and shortlist10 best videos for an upload to YouTube
** All the shortlisted videos will be uploaded to YouTube by 25th July 2016
** The videos would be evaluated on basis of their likes and shares till 30th September, 2016 and then the names of the winners of the contest would be announced

Rewards:
** 1st Prize: Rs 1,00,000
** 2nd Prize: Rs 50,000
** 3rd Prize: Rs 30,000
** 10 Consolation Prizes: 2 days and 3 Nights stay at Gopalpur Palm Resort
