Surfing Contest Terms & Conditions:

Contest Rules:
** You must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of all image entered. (Important point)

** This contest will begin on 20th May 2016 and run through 30th May 2016
** Competition open to all photographers, amateurs or otherwise.
** Each image can only be entered once. Duplicates will not be considered.
** Artwork and illustrations will not be accepted.
** PhotoConcierge has the right to demand the EXIF details from the photographer if required.

Entry Rules:
** To enter, tweet using the hashtag #PhotoSurfContest or share the image on our Facebook page and on Instagram tagging our handle PhotoConcierge, Surfing Federation of India and Mantra Surfing Club.
** The winner of the contest will be chosen by a Jury from the submissions posted on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook.
** The winning entry will be announced on 31st on all our social media platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest etc
** The winner will also be notified by Direct Messaging.
** The winner will be awarded an Amazon Gift Voucher worth $150.

1. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions and as mentioned in the link info.photoconcierge.com/surfing-contest-terms-and-conditions.
2. The prize is as stated is $150 Amazon gift voucher and Surfing Gift Hamper.
3. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice
4. The contest starts on 20Th may, 2016 and closing date for entry will be on 30th May, 2016.
5. Winners to be announced on 31st May,2016.
6. The Winners are chosen consolidating the participants from all our social media. platforms of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
