#MyFirstWheelsContest Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility:
The contest is open to all residents of India except the employees, agents and intermediaries of Artsana Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Artsana”) and their families.

2. Contest Period:
The contest is open from 19-5-2016 to 30-05-2016.

3. Contest Details and Winners:
1. Visit Chicco store and click your baby along with any Chicco Stroller.
2. Share your picture on our Facebook wall till May 29th, 2016 by 11:59 pm.
3. 5 lucky winners stand a chance to win a gift voucher worth Rs.2500/- each.
4. Winners can redeem the gift voucher on purchase of any chicco stroller only from Chicco exclusive stores in India.

Note:
** Entries provided after the Last Date communicated will not be considered in the evaluation process. Fake entries or non-genuine will be discarded from this activity. All winners are subject to verification, including without limitation, verification of eligibility through checks as deemed appropriate by Artsana and complete compliance with these terms and conditions.

** If for any reason, the selected winner(s) fails to accept their prize as informed by Artsana, all benefits arising out of this contest shall stand forfeited in its entirety and shall not be revived or postponed under any circumstances and Artsana and its associates shall not be held responsible for the same.

** Winners will be selected by Artsana through lucky draw at its Head office in India. . Artsana has the sole rights to decide the winners of the contest. The decision of Artsana shall be final and binding; no correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances of whatsoever nature.

5. Winners Announcement:
Winners will be announced via Facebook Post/Cover picture. Participants are requested to regularly check this section to know the winners at the end of the activity. The Prize: The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable for cash or otherwise. Artsana shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the contest or use of the Prize.

6.  Prize Dispatch:
The Organizer shall contact winners via Facebook message. The Gift voucher can be displayed at the store and redeemed on purchase of any Chicco stroller from Chicco store. Please note there could be a scenario where the prize might need to be collected by the winner personally from Organizer’s location. This would be informed to the winner. It would be Organizer’s best endeavour to arrange prize collection from its outlet nearest to the winner’s location.

7. Rights:
By participating in the contest the Participant grants and confers an irrevocable, free license for life to Artsana for using participant’s contest entry in any form of advertising that they may deem fit across all mediums including the Internet.

8. Changes to the Contests/ T & C:
Artsana reserves the right to withdraw and/or alter any of the terms & conditions of this contest at any time without prior notice.

9. Acceptance of the terms and conditions:
Participation in this contest constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are inconsistent with any advertising or promotional materials relating to and in connection with the contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
