#OxembergSummerFest Terms & Conditions :

1. The contest is held on Facebook – facebook.com/Oxemberg/ , Twitter (@Oxemberg) and Instagram (@oxemberg_india)

2. The participant must do the following for a valid entry: Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Google+. facebook.com/Oxembergtwitter.com/Oxembergpinterest.com/Oxemberginstagram.com/Oxemberg_india/plus.google.com/+Oxemberg

3.Participants can share their picture on our Facebook timeline or they can share their entry on Twitter by replying to us using @Oxemberg. To share their entry on Instagram they need to click and upload their picture and tag @oxemberg_india in their picture and use the #OxembergSummerFest in their description.

4. Participants of Instagram must set their privacy setting as ‘Public’ before participating in our contest.
5. #OxemebergSummerFest has to be mentioned in every contest entry.
6. The contest will last for 5 days. The contest starts at 11.00am on 23rd May. The last acceptable entry is at 12 pm on 27th May 2016.
7. Only 3 lucky winners will be selected from all platforms.
8. The final right to choose the winners rests with the management of Oxemberg and their decision shall stand final.

9. If any entry is found to have abusive or profane language, or an attempt to attack the integrity, personality of any individual or an entity or where there is any attempt to harass any individual or an entity or doing/having anything which in our view is demeaning or derogatory, such entry shall stand disqualified from the contest.

10. Acceptance of an entry is subject to the discretion of management of Oxemberg.
11. Management of Oxemberg reserves the right to reject any entry or disqualify any participants from participating in the contest without assigning any reason.
12. Merchandise will be couriered to the address stated by the winners. Oxemberg does not take the responsibility for any damages incurred in transit or non-delivery of the prize.
13. Prizes are not subject to exchange or replacement or redeemable for cash or kind.
14. Prizes shall be delivered within 60 days of the announcement of winners.
15. The participants must be residing citizens of India. Entries from fans residing outside India won’t be considered valid.
