** These Offer terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”) are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale to which you agree to by using Amazon.in. In the event of any conflict between the Conditions of Use & Sale and these Offer Terms, these Offer Terms will prevail, only for the purposes of this Offer.

** The Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Offer since such offers are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

** This Offer is valid for a period commencing from May 28, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on May 31, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) until stocks of the Products are available for purchase on Amazon.in (as defined hereinafter) (“Offer Period”), unless revoked or extended by Amazon and/ or Caprese in their sole discretion without any prior notice.

** As per the Offer, the top 20 customers (in terms of monetary value in a single order) who will purchase Caprese Products (“Product(s)”) during the Offer Period on Amazon.in (such person hereinafter referred to as a “Purchaser”), will be entitled to receive a Caprese wallet each (“Promotional Products”)* from Caprese subject to these Offer Terms.

** For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer can be availed by a Purchaser only once. However, if a Purchaser appears more than once in the top 20 list of Purchasers, only the highest value purchase of such Purchaser will be considered for the purposes of receiving the Promotional Products under this Offer.

** The top 20 Purchasers of the Products will be declared winners on July 05, 2016 as per these Offer Terms and the names of the winners will be posted on amazon.in/b?ie=UTF8&node=9708138031. This Offer will not be applicable if the Purchaser returns and/ or exchanges a Product and in such a case participation in the Offer will be deemed withdrawn.

** The Promotional Products will be delivered to each winner directly by Caprese on or before August 05, 2016. Amazon will not be held liable and/ or responsible in any manner whatsoever for any matter in connection with the provision of such Promotional Products, including their delivery or quality or services in relation thereto.

** In the event any Purchaser fails to meet any of the above stated eligibility criteria or any term under these Offer Terms, he/she will not be eligible to receive the Promotional Products under this Offer.
