MSP Contest For MVA Terms & Conditions :

1. The following terms and conditions shall apply to the MSP Contest for Microsoft Virtual Academy (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Contest’). The contest shall begin on 15th May, 2016 at 8:00 a.m. and shall continue till 9:00 p.m. on 15th June, 2016) (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Contest Period’).

2. Microsoft Corporation (India) Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘Microsoft’) has organized this Contest and reserves the right to curtail and/or extend the Contest Period.
3. Indian citizens above the age of 18 years as on 15th May, 2016, who are members of the Microsoft Student Partner program during the Contest Period are only eligible to participate in this Contest (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Participant’).

4. For this activity, Microsoft Student Partners need to get maximum friends to register on microsoftvirtualacademy.com and complete a course on MVA. (>30 mins)Upon successful completion of a course on MVA a Certicate of Completion will be generated.

5. The objective of the contest is to find other people who will complete the course on MVA and the Participants shall ensure as many people shall complete the course on MVA as possible. The participants shall be responsible to send snapshots of the certificate of completion via email at newmsp@microsoft.com

6. Participants shall ensure minimum 20 friends to register and complete the MVA courses to be eligible to claim the benefits under Clause 8 of these T&Cs. Top 20 participants with maximum number of unique registrations on MVA and certificate of completions will be declared winners.

7. Winners will additionally be responsible to produce their credentials ( driving license, voter id, passport, adhaar card) and the proof that they are Microsoft Student Partner to claim their prizes.
8. 2 top Winners will be rewarded with Nokia Lumia 1520 phone, 3 winners on first runner up will be rewarded with Nokia Lumia 925 and remaining 20 top scores will get MVA bags.

9. Microsoft will not collect any personal or private information other than the information produced by the Participants under Clause 7 of these Terms and Conditions, which shall only be used for the purposes of this Contest and will not be used by Microsoft for any commercial or marketing purposes.The name and the picture may be published to declare the names of the successful winners.

10. Microsoft does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish reasons for inclusion and, or, exclusion of any particular submission of the Participant at any stage of the Contest.
11. Microsoft may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its Affiliates without consent of the Participants.

12. The Participant undertakes and declares that for participating in the Contest, he/she shall not use any unauthorized or pirated software. In the event any Participant is found to be doing so; the entry from such Participant shall forthwith be disqualified from the Contest.
