Ninja Turtles Contest Terms & Conditions:

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who meet/comply with below conditions (“Participants”):

Conditions:
** are citizens of India;
** are viewers of the channel “Nick HD+” and “Teen Nick” (“Channels”); and
** who are mobile/landline subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”); and
** participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

Modes of Participation:
The Participant can answer the questions in one of the following methods:
** Via SMS, by sending an SMS ‘TMNT’ <space> Option A or Option B <space> Your Name to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers; or
** By logging on the Nick India webpage – ‘nickindia.com’ for participating and posting their answer on the webpage as per instructions, rules, terms and conditions provided therein.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 30th May, 2016 and shall conclude on 7th June, 2016 or on such date/s as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:
** At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 16 (sixteen) Participants on maximum entries during the Contest Period and on first come basis and who have answered the questions correctly as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”). Out of the total Winners to be declared, Winners shall be declared by the Organizers on following basis:

** 4 (four) participants who have answered maximum correct answers by the end of the Contest Period as determined at sole discretion of Viacom18 shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a Prize of 1 (one) ‘Soft Felt Face Mask” (as determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion) each as per gratification table provided below;

** 2 (two) participants who have answered maximum correct answers by the end of the Contest Period as determined at sole discretion of Viacom18 shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Beanie’ (as determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion) each as per gratification table provided below;

** 2 (two) participants who have answered maximum correct answers by the end of the Contest Period as determined at sole discretion of Viacom18 shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Bag Pack’ (as determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion) each as per gratification table provided below; and

** 2 (two) participants who have answered maximum correct answers by the end of the Contest Period as determined at sole discretion of Viacom18 shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Mini Boom Box Speaker’ (as determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion) each as per gratification table provided below; and

** 6 (six) participants who have answered maximum correct answers by the end of the Contest Period a s determined at sole discretion of Viacom18 shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Fan Screening of the Film “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows” in Mumbai on 2nd June, 2016, at such time as may be determined by the Organizers, at Dolby Preview Theatre, Solitaire Corporate Park, Andheri East, Mumbai and subject to such terms and condition as determined by the Organizers in their sole discretion, from time to time, each as per gratification table provided below.

** The Winners shall be announced on 30th June, 2016 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion (“Announcement”). Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Prizes will be distributed at the end of the Contest, at such date and time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

Gratification Details:

The Winners declared by the Organizers would be entitled to win the prizes as below:
** Each of the Prizes set out above shall be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
** Further the Fan Screening (mentioned above) shall be in such format, on such date and time and further subject to such terms and conditions, as determined by Organiser in its sole discretion and / or as informed from time to time, as the case may be.
** The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organizers.
** Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.
** The Winners understand that the each Winner shall be entitled for such number and nature of prize as determined by the Organiser at its sole discretion.

Any and all costs and expenses that may arise from participating in the Contest will be borne by the Participant.
