KurkureAngry Birds Promotion Terms Conditions :

1. This Programme is called the “Kurkure Angry Birds Movie Promotion” (the ‘Programme’ or ‘Promotion’).

2. This Programme is brought to you by PepsiCo India Holdings Private Limited (“PepsiCo”) hereinafter referred to as ‘Organizers’.

3. The Programme is open to all Indian citizens of 18 years of age or above residing in India except the employees and family members of PepsiCo, its associate companies, its bottlers, its JV Partners, its co-packers, its distributors, its Agents, its advertising and promotional agencies and its Auditors and their associate companies (‘Participant’).

4. The Promotion is valid from the Promotion Start Date as specified at point 6 below to 15th September 2016, both dates inclusive(“Promotion Period”).
5. The Programme is being conducted under the supervision of independent Auditors.

6. The Programme is valid on the following packs and variants of Kurkure (“Product”), plying this offer on the pack of the Product

7. The Participant will need to purchase any of the aforementioned variants of the Product(s) during the Promotion Period, where he/she will find Angry Birds Movie cards inside the Product which will have alphanumeric code (“Code”) printed on the back side of the Angry Birds Movie cards.

There are a total number of 630 (Six Hundred and Thirty) different Codes under this Programme and total 14 different Angry Birds Movie cards. (Thus each Angry Birds Movie card can have any one of possible 45 codes).

8. Participation through SMS:
(i) The Participant will have to send the Code printed on the Angry Birds Movie cards, to 092277799 22 through SMS;
(ii) The cost of sending an SMS will be as per the applicable tariff of the relevant service provider. It is clarified that the service provider will not share any revenue generated by the participant call in with the Organizers or their associates in any manner whatsoever.

(iii) All users participating in this Promo, whether directly or indirectly, will waive conditions of DND registration and the Organizer shall not assume any responsibility in this regard. The users / participants could also be contacted anytime through voice calls, SMS for campaign updates and participation during the duration of the promotion.

(iv) Entries are deemed to be submitted at the time of receipt of the SMS into the Organizers data base, and not at the time of transmission by the participants. Organizers do not guarantee delivery of SMS and are not responsible in case the SMS does not reach the specified number due to any reason, including network problem.

(v) The Participant can send only One valid code only once from a mobile number. It is clarified that if a Participant sends the same code again from the same mobile number the said entry will be invalid.

9. Prize
i. Daily Prize: Each Daily Prize shall comprise of 1 Angry Bird laptop bag. Total 333 daily winners will be declared during the Promotion Period.

ii. Mega Prize: The Mega Prize will entitle the Winner a trip (along with a companion) to the Angry Bird Activity Park in Malaysia.

iii. Assured Prize: For every 1st valid entry with a Code from a unique 10 digit mobile number, the Participant shall be eligible for a free Angry bird wallpaper from the Organiser. The choice of the wallpaper shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser and no further communication shall be entertained by the Organiser in this regard.
