Rock the Spotlight Contest Terms & Conditions:

1. This Promotion is brought to you by Marico Limited ‘Organizer’ on best effort basis and is known as Livon Serum Rock the Spotlight contest.

2. The person interested to participate in the Promotion by sharing the details on WhatsApp number 9699 123 321 and/or Livon Serum’s Facebook Page will be henceforth referred to as ‘Participant’.

3. The participant in this promotion will be entitled to following: One of the Participants will get an opportunity to get Wild Entry in Livon Serum & MTV Presents India’s Next Top Model. The decision of selection of Wild Card entry shall be jointly of MTV and Organizer`s independent panel. § Top 100 shortlisted girls by an independent panel will be given free professional portfolio photoshoot which will be determined by the Organizer

4. The Promotion for Wild Card entry into Livon Serum & MTV Presents India’s Next Top Model is valid from 15th May 2016 to 13th June 2016. The Promotion for free professional photo shoot for top 100 shortlisted girls is valid from 15th May 2016 to 30th June 2016.

5. To be eligible for the contest, the participant has to; o Buy a Livon Serum pack o Style her hair with Livon Serum and click a selfie holding the Livon Serum pack o Sending the selfie: § WhatsApp: Send selfie on WhatsApp and on receiving a response message send the unqiue code on the neck of the bottle and city to the same WhatsApp number § Facebook: Send selfie with unique code and city on Livon Serum Facebook inbox

6. Participants will be shortlisted by an independent panel of judges of Organizer for Livon Serum & MTV Presents India’s Next Top Model.
7. Participant unconditionally agree that they are voluntary submitting photos and other data for this contest and they give unconditional consent to Organiser for using this data for business promotion and Participant waive any claim and protection under any law which is permissible to be waived by giving consent.

8. The shortlisted participant’s eligible Wild Card Entry for Livon Serum & MTV Presents India’s Next Top Model shall abide by terms and conditions of MTV who is the main organiser of the show. All those terms and conditions are deemed to be part of these terms and conditions and Participant agrees to the same as well.
9. Shortlisted participants by Organizer will be asked to share further details (Age, Height & Weight) by MTV for the purpose of selecting one Wild Card Entry for Livon Serum & MTV Presents India’s Next Top Model.

10. Participants can participate either on WhatsApp or on Livon Serum’s Facebook Page.
11. Winners will be chosen by an independent panel of judges and the decision of the organizers and the panel of judges will be deemed final.

12. By participating in this Program through any of the means available, participant fully and unconditionally agree to accept and abide by these Terms and Conditions available as well as the decisions of Marico, which are final and binding in all matters related to the program.

13. The Participant may be contacted by the representatives of the Organizer on the number from which the whatsapp selfie was received as available in Organizer’s records, for which participant give an irrevocable consent.
14. Promotion is open to all ‘Indian National resident in India’ with a valid passport and who are females in the age group of 18 – 35 years except to any person directly related to Marico and Marico`s employee .
15. The Participant’s shall use the authentic product as per the instructions given on the package.
16. The Organiser shall not be liable to any issues related to product, product delivery, packaging etc., as the same will be responsibility of the Seller or E-commerce Seller. Organiser responsibility shall only be limited to conducting contest as per T&C.
