#eBayGirlsinTheCity DIY Contest

Eligibility:
1. The promotion #eBayGirlsinTheCity DIY (hereinafter referred as “Promotion”) shall be valid on June 13, 2016 from 14:00:00 Hrs till 27th June 20:00:00 Hrs. (hereinafter referred as (“Promotion Period”).

2. The Promotion is valid ONLY for the residents of India who are currently residing in India.
3. Participation in the Promotion does not require any purchase or transaction on eBay.in (“eBay Website”).
4. Participants need to follow on twitter.com/ebayindia (hereinafter referred as “eBay India Social Account”) during the Promotion Period.
5. Participant must be 18 years of age or above in order to participate in the Promotion.
6. A participant will not be gratified or declared as winner more than once during this Promotion.

Participation Process:
1. During the Promotion Period, the participants are required to use the following hashtag #eBayGirlsinTheCity and comment on eBay India’s Social Accounts (Facebook, Instagram and Twitter).

2. Criteria for winners: a. Participants need to follow one eBay India Social Account during the Promotion Period. b. Participant must use above mentioned Hashtag followed by comments in order to participate in the Promotion. c. Participants must share pictures or videos based on the theme during the promotion period.

3. eBay will select three (3) winners every week basis the theme for the week.
4. In addition, eBay will select five Mega Prize winners to be gratified with a live master class with a renowned fashion designer/stylist. The Mega Prize winners will be declared at the end of the promotion period.
5. The winners will be notified on eBay’s Twitter account within 7 (seven) business days from the end of Promotion Period.

6. Further, eBay will request the winners to send the contact details (such as his/her address, email Id and contact details) via DM within 7 days of announcement date in order to dispatch the winning prize. If the winner/participant fails to send the requested details, eBay will forfeit their prize and no replacement will be offered for the same.

General Terms and Conditions:
1. You (means the person using/participating in this Promotion with the intent to receive Prize under this promotion or the buyer/user of eBay website) should not be in violation at any point in time and agree to abide by this terms and conditions and User Agreement and other Policies of the eBay Website.

2. eBay reserves the right at any time to amend/ add/ remove/ modify (in whole or part) any of the terms & conditions of this Promotion, or to replace, wholly or in part, this Promotion by another Promotion, whether similar to this Promotion or not, or to withdraw it altogether, and eBay’s decision in this regard shall be final.

3. All decisions of eBay regarding running/ process/ results, of the Promotion, data selection shall be final and binding on all participants of this Promotion, including you. No appeals, claim and question shall be entertained in this regard
