Status Quo FaceBook Photo Contest 2015:
This contest is open to all Indian citizens. Contest period: 24th July 2015 to 13th August 2015. The closing date for this contest is 13th August 2015 at 11:59 pm. All entries received after the closing date will be disqualified. In the event of a delay, postpone, reschedule or contest extension, Status Quo India reserves the right to extend or terminate the contest period at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Submission method:
** Participants must own a Facebook account and like Status Quo India Facebook page in order to participate
** Participants will have to snap a crazy moment photo with their group of 2-5 friends, complete a caption that best describes your group in not more than 15 words.
** Participants must “Post” the photo with the completed caption and tag their friends.
** Participants can share & tag friends to get maximum number of “Like” for their post.
** Grand prize winner with the best photo and caption will win a gift voucher for Hard Rock Café.
** Top 3 most creative photos & captions and 2 photos with the most “Like” will win cool Status Quo Merchandise for the group.

Winners will be selected based on the most creative photos and matching captions. Winners for “Most Like” will be selected based on the highest numbers of “Like” received. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence, appeal or discussion will be entertained.

Participants can submit multiple entries, however each participant shall only be entitled to win 1 contest prize. Winners will be announced via – “Status Quo India” Facebook within 7 days after the contest period end on 30th August 2015. Prizes are non-transferable.

All winners will be announced on the Status Quo India facebook fan page. Status Quo India will not be held liable in the event the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted for whatever reason after 72 hours of winner notification, and Status Quo India reserves the right to reselect a new winner.

Prize not claimed within One [1] month from the date of notification of the Contest winners by Status Quo India shall be forfeited.

Participants and winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in the contest, redemption/or utilization of the prizes and agree to release and hold Status Quo India free from any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] in any manner whatsoever.

Status Quo India shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of entry due to the inability of the respective Internet Service Provider [ISP] company and/or telecommunication network to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services.

In the event of unavailability of the prize(s) or any of its component(s) or a change of circumstances, Status Quo India reserve the right to substitute the prize(s) or any of its components thereof with any other item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

All winners must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

Status Quo India reserved the right to use the name, address, mobile number, photograph, particulars and/or documents of the participants or winners for the purpose of promotions and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation given to the participants or winners

By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the terms & conditions, the Personal Data & Privacy terms & conditions and absolute and sold discretion of Status Quo India. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
