Video Review Terms And Conditions :

1. Only approved hotel video reviews submitted through HolidayIQ mobile app are eligible for Flipkart Vouchers.

2. Only one video review per hotel per person will be eligible for a Flipkart Voucher.
3. A person can avail a maximum of 15 Flipkart Vouchers during the campaign period.
4. All Hotel Video reviews submitted between 27th Feb 2016 and 31st August 2016 will be considered for this contest.
5. Contest can be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
6. HolidayIQ reserves the right to approve or reject any video reviews based on the authenticity of the review as per its internal processes.
7. HolidayIQ will take a period of up to 4 weeks to approved a Hotel Video Review.
8. For the purposes of this contest a “person” is defined as a unique mobile device as identified by HolidayIQ. Multiple registered email ids submitting a hotel video review on the same mobile device would be considered as being submitted by the same person.
9. Only reviews recorded & submitted through the latest version (Android -1.7.2 & above/ iOS – 4.0.1 & above )of app will be eligible for the vouchers.
10. Flipkart.com Gift Cards are issued by QwikCilver Solutions. QwikCilver is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, and is the issuer of Gift Cards.
11.The Gift Cards can be redeemed online against Sellers listed on flipkart.com only.
12.Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card. They can NOT be used to purchase Flipkart First subscriptions.
13.Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
14.If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
15.If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card.
16.In the event, the Gift Cards is not used for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance, Gift Card shall be forfeited and deactivated.
17.Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit, but are transferable.
18.Flipkart.com/QwikCilver Solutions/HolidayIQ are not responsible if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
19.You can combine a maximum of 15 Gift Cards in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish to redeem more number of Gift Cards on a single order, please add your Gift Cards to the Wallet.
