Contest Terms & Conditions :

1. The Campus vs Campus contest (“Contest 1”), Weekly Prize Draw contest (“Contest 2”); and the Assured Vouchers promotion (“Promotion”) are provided to you by Aimia India Loyalty Management Private Limited (“Sponsor”). Contest 1, Contest 2 and the Promotion hereinafter collectively referred as “Contests”.

2. These Contests are governed by these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) and the Term of Use and Privacy Policy of the Sponsor’s website, www.nectar.in (“Sponsor Site”). By participating in the Contests, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

3. You are eligible to participate in the Contest 1 and Contest 2 only if you are an employee of Infosys Limited (“Infosys” and such employee(s) hereinafter referred to as, “Infosys Employee(s)”).

4. Contest 1:
(i) Under Contest 1, Infosys Employees employed at Infosys campuses in the following cities will be required to: (a) register himself/ herself on the Sponsor Site; and (b) purchase any product(s) through the Sponsor Site, from 9th June 2016 to 9th July 2016, both days inclusive (“Contest 1 Period”)

a. Bangalore;
b. Chennai;
c. Hyderabad;
d. Mysore; and
e. Pune.

(ii) For each order placed by an Infosys Employee through the Sponsor Site during Contest 1 Period in accordance with these T&Cs, corresponding reward points will be collected for the Infosys campus at which such Infosys Employee is employed.

(iii) At the end of Contest 1 Period, a concert by Benny Dayal will be held at the Infosys campus which has collected the highest reward points in accordance with these T&Cs; provided that a minimum of 5, 000 Infosys Employees across all Infosys campuses have registered themselves on the Sponsor Site during Contest 1 Period.

(iv) The name of the winning Infosys campus will be announced at infosys.nectar.in on or before 25th July 2016.

5. Contest 2:
(i) Notwithstanding anything contained herein, Infosys Employees who are residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in Contest 2 since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

(ii) Under Contest 2, during the period commencing from 9th June 2016 to 9th July 2016, both days inclusive (“Contest 2 Period”), an Infosys Employee must: (a) receive an email from Infosys regarding Contest 2; (b) register himself/ herself on the Sponsor Site; (c) purchase any product(s) through the Sponsor Site; and (d) thereafter answer the qualifying Contest 2 question correctly (communicated to the Infosys Employee by the Sponsor).

(iii) Amongst all Infosys Employees who fulfil the conditions in Section 5(ii) above, the following number of Infosys Employees will be selected by a random draw of lots at the end of every calendar week during Contest 2 Period, to be eligible to receive the below prizes:

(iv) In addition to the above, amongst all Infosys Employees who fulfil the conditions in Section 5(ii) above, 1 Infosys Employees will be selected by a random draw of lots at the end the Contest 2 Period, to be eligible to receive 1 Royal Enfield Himalayan Motorbike.

6. Promotion:
(i) Every person who registers himself/ herself on the Sponsor Site during the Contest 2 Period, will receive promotional codes which will enable them to obtain the following benefits from the below third parties (“Third Party Promo Code(s)”):

(a) Lenskart.com: INR 400 off on minimum cart value of INR 1100 on online bookings on lenskart.com; and
(b) Freecharge.com: INR 100 cash-back in the “FreeCharge Wallet” for a minimum spend of INR 500 on freecharge.com; and
(c) Yatra.com: INR 300 off on domestic flight bookings on yatra.com; and
(d) Dominos: 20% off on a minimum bill value of INR 399 made through dominos.co.in and mobile application thereof.

(ii) Third Party Promo Codes may be redeemed on the respective third party websites/ mobile applications, as the case may be, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the “Terms and Conditions for Third Party Promo Codes” section below.
(iii) The Third Party Promo Codes will be sent to the registered mobile number or email address of the eligible persons.

7. Each Infosys Employee or eligible person, as the case may be, will be eligible to receive the prize/ benefit/ Third Party Promo Codes only once under Contest 2 and/ or the Promotion as the case maybe.
8. The name of the winners of each of the above prizes/ benefits will be announced at infosys.nectar.in on or before 25th July 2016.
9. Any person including, Infosys Employees who violate these T&Cs will not be eligible to receive any benefits/ prizes under the Contests.

10. Each benefit/ prize/ Third Party Promo Code will be provided to eligible Infosys Employees under the Contests on an “as-is” basis, without warranty of any kind. Such benefits/ prizes/ Third Party Promo Code cannot be substituted for cash or any other equivalent benefits/ prize unless decided by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
