This Challenge is conceptualized, organized and conducted by Spice Digital Limited, in association with Idea Cellular Limited

Terms & Conditions :
This Challenge is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible Subscribers in this Challenge is voluntary. Spice Digital Ltd in association with Idea, reserves the right to participation in this Challenge.

Duration/ Period of the Challenge:
This Challenge is open for a limited period from 15th June’16 00:00:00 hours till 19th July’16 23:59:59 hours (“Challenge Period”).

Eligibility Criteria:
** The Challenge is open for active pre-paid as well as post-paid category of cellular subscribers of Idea, who subscribe to Idea Music Station (“Service”) in telecom circle of U.P.(East) only (the “Subscribers”).

Participation and Charges:
** This Challenge is purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible Subscribers in this Challenge is voluntary. To participate in this Challenge, a Subscriber/Participant shall have to fulfill the following criteria-

** Dial short code 54321, 543212, 543213, 543215, 543217 (TOLL FREE) for participating in the Challenge. During the Challenge Period, a Subscriber may dial short code 54321, 543212, 543213, 543215, 543217 (TOLL FREE) any number of times each day to participate in the Challenge (hereinafter referred to as “efforts/attempts”) and can play the challenge by giving answers of simple questions and For every right answer, the user will get 1 point and There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

** The challenge is also applicable to all MM[ASU1] (54321, 543212, 543213, 543215, 543217 and 543212XXXXXXXXXX, 543213XXXXXXXXXX, 543215XXXXXXXXXX, 543217XXXXXXXXXX) numbers of above mentioned short codes.

** Further, the Subscriber participating in this Challenge and generating the Highest Score during the Challenge Period by using the Service and who is declared as Highest Scorer under the Challenge in accordance with the Highest Scorer selection process under the Terms and Conditions of the Challenge, shall be required to be eligible to the gratification only if he is the registered Subscriber of the mobile phone number declared as the Highest Scorer and not merely the person using such mobile number

** If the Highest Scorer is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the registered Subscriber of the mobile number, the Organizers reserve the right to award the gratification to the next eligible Highest Scorer or to forfeit the gratification, at its sole discretion.

Selection of Top Performer(s) and Daily Top Performers:
** There will be 1 Top Mega Performer, 5 Weekly Top Performers and 35 Daily Top Performers during whole challenge.
** The Participant(s) having the highest scores will be declared as Top Mega Performer at the end of the Challenge Period (irrespective of his/her attempts/efforts to the Challenge); shall be declared to be the “Top Performer”
** The Participant(s) having the highest scores in a particular week will be declared as a Weekly Top Performers (irrespective of his/her attempts/efforts to the Challenge); shall be declared to be the “Top Performer”.
** The Participant(s) having highest score in a particular day will be declared as a Daily Top Performer (irrespective of his/her attempts/efforts to the Challenge); shall be declared to be the “Top Performer” The declaration of Top Performers/ Scorers shall be made by SDL/ Idea in descending order starting from the highest Score

Gratifications:
In all, total 41 Top Performers shall be declared by Spice Digital Ltd, based on the highest score.

The allocation of Gratifications to the Top Performers/ Top Scorers is as under:
** 1 Mega Top Performer will get one-one cash card of Rs. 8000.
** 5 Weekly Top Performers will get Rs. 3000 cash card weekly.
** 35 Daily Top Performers will get Rs. 200 Recharge daily or in case of postpaid, Rs.200/- will be paid in the mobile bill / telephone account of the said Daily Top Performers.
