Udta Punjab Offer Terms & Condition :

1. The Contestant shall be eligible only for the offer specifically mentioned in the website. The offer can be redeemed towards full payment of the tour cost of the tour packages displayed by Cox & Kings Ltd in this webpage.

2. The offer is valid for booking and travel only within the time period specified on its face. If the booking is not completed within the booking validity period or the travel is not completed within the travel validity period, the offer shall stand terminated and cancelled, without any obligation or liability on the part of Cox & Kings Ltd.

3. The Offer cannot be used for purchasing simplicitor services such as flights, train tickets, bus tickets, transfers, car rentals, hotels or foreign exchange. Furthermore, the Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional scheme or special offers floated by Cox & Kings Ltd and cannot be redeemed for travel during peak season time and during trade fair period, festive period, new year period, holding of special events, congresses and conferences.

4. Issuance of this offer does not amount to endorsement of the services provided by the various service providers (“service providers”) including but not limited to airlines, hotels, and transport operators etc. Cox & Kings Ltd shall not be liable for any missed services, defect or deficiency in the services provided by the service providers. Wherever possible, Cox & Kings Ltd shall assist the Contestant in resolving any such defects or deficiencies, without taking any responsibility of the same.

5. Offer Period is valid from 24th June 2016 till 30th September 2016.
6. This offer is subject to the prevailing laws including law relating to Foreign Exchange and RBI Regulations. In case of products for which Foreign Exchange is required to be purchased, the Contestant will have to bear the same at the rate of exchange as applicable on the day of utilizing such service.

7. There will be a separate contract between the Cox & Kings Ltd and the Contestant as per the Policies of the Cox & Kings Ltd.
8. Contestant has to be one of the travellers to avail the offer.

9. In addition to the terms and conditions mentioned herein, all other terms and conditions of the Products booked by the Contestant and the terms and conditions of the service providers such as but not limited to airlines, hotels, and transport operators etc shall be applicable to the Contestant without any dilution.

10. All bookings would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard terms and conditions on Cox & Kings Ltd
11. Cox & Kings Ltd reserves the right at any time to change, modify, withdraw, extend or terminate this Offer at its sole discretion, without any prior notice and without any liability or obligation in this regard.

12. In the event the Contestant after booking a tour is not able to travel due to any reasons whatsoever, including want of sufficient travel documents or would like to reschedule the tour, cancellation charges shall apply as per the cancellation policy applicable to the tour booked.

13. Cox & Kings Ltd may voluntarily withdraw or cancel any tour booked in case of a force majeure situation rendering itself unable to perform the services, for reasons beyond its control.
14. Cox & Kings Ltd shall not be held responsible / liable for claims / damages arising out of any acts, omissions of the Contestants.
15. As to the interpretation of the foregoing terms, the decision of Cox & Kings Ltd shall be final and binding upon the cardholders.
16. Disputes referable to arbitration in Mumbai as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Mumbai courts to have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. Cox & Kings Ltd reserves its rights to change/withdraw the offer without prior intimation to cardholders
