Terms & conditions:
1) Contestants between the age group of 14 years to 40 years are eligible for participation. The producers/channel reserve the right to change this age group during any time of the contest at their sole discretion and are not liable to notify the contestant of the same.
2) The contest is for individual participation only. No duet or groups will be entertained.
3) The producers/channel will be inviting sponsors to sponsor the contest or an individual contestant.
4) The award will be presented across various categories. Winners will be selected as per the scoring, voting through various mediums and judge’s discretion. The decisions will be binding and cannot be challenged.
5) Contestants are to express their best talent within the allotted time limit.
6) The panel of judges will be decided by the producer/channel at various stages of the contest.
7) Only the shortlisted contestants from the audition stage will be communicated and will be eligible to participate in the further stages of the contest.
8) Dress code for the contest is traditional Indian attire. The producer/channel reserve the right to reject any contestant who does not adhere to the prescribed dress code.
9) The contestant must submit a written/printed copy of the lyrics of the bhajan which will be performed.
10) Only the contestant will be allowed to be staged during the performance.
11) The audition round will be with preceded by screening rounds.
12) The producers/channel reserve the right to disqualify any contestant at any stage during the contest for misbehavior, misconduct or violation of rules of the contest.
13) If the selected contestant fails to report on the given schedule, the opportunity will be passed on to any other contestant.

14) The shortlisted contestants from the mutli-city auditions will be further screened at a venue and date decided by the producer/channel at a later stage. All travel, boarding & lodging arrangements and costs involved for this second round will be borne by the contestants themselves. Shortlisted contestants from this second round will continue to the main contest to be held at a venue and date decided by the producer/channel at a later stage.

15) The contestant’s visibility on television during the telecast is solely at the discretion of the producer/channel. The contestant’s parents or guardians will not have any claims over the appearance/non-appearance or the duration of appearance of the contestant during the broadcast of the contest.

16) Contestant must submit 5 passport size colour photographs at the contest venue.
17) Contestant must submit self-attested photo copies of identity and age proof at the contest venue. Originals of the same must also be produced for verification purpose.
18) Any legal disputes will be settled under New Delhi Jurisdiction.
19) All terms and conditions mentioned herein shall apply uniformly on all contestants.
