#SbikePledge (“the Contest”) is a contest launched by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”), valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.

The Contest will happen between June 20, 2016 from 10:00 hrs to July 3, 2016 23:59 hrs (referred to as “Contest Days”), and there shall be 10 winners who shall be selected based on the criteria given in the clauses here under.

General terms and conditions of the Contest:
The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens, who have attained the age of 18 years or above, (and is not a resident of the state of Tamil Nadu) except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant(s)”). Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

To consider each entry as a “valid” entry in the Contest, Participant needs to follow the participation criteria given below. The Participant can participate in two ways (i) By calling on a given number wherein he/she hears an IVR message and follow the steps or (ii) By visiting the Samsung microsite (detailed below) and following the steps given therein:

Participation through IVR:
** Participant needs to call on the number +91 9222014444 wherein he/she hears an IVR
** Listen to the IVR prompts and respond accordingly, considering what is right according to him/her.
** Post this; the Participant will receive an SMS with a link which will take him/her to the campaign microsite.
** Participant can complete the pledge by doing a Facebook login & sharing the Pledge creative on his/her timeline using #SbikePledge and #Sbikemode will be eligible for the gratification.

Participation by visiting the microsite:
** Need to log in to his/her Facebook account in order to complete the pledge.
** Participant needs to share his/her valid mobile number to be eligible for receiving the gratification.

** There shall be ten (10) winners who shall be selected through lucky draw during the Contest days by Samsung or its authorized third party agency. The decision of Samsung or its authorized third party agency shall be final and no claims shall be entertained in this regard.

** The winners shall be informed through an SMS and thereafter the results shall also be uploaded on Samsung social media platforms i.e. Samsung mobile India Facebook and Samsung mobile India Twitter Pages.

** Out of the first five (05) winners shall be eligible to speak to Shahid Kapoor & receive one newly launched Smartphone Galaxy J7 2016 edition each, remaining five (05) winners shall be eligible for one newly launched Galaxy J7 2016 edition each from Samsung (hereinafter called as “Prize”) on submission of the relevant information detailed in below mentioned clauses.

** The Winners will have to send a copy of PAN Card (Self attested), Photo ID Proof i.e. copy of driving license or Passport or Voter ID Card or Ration Card (Self attested), Address proof: Driving license / Passport / Voter ID Card /Electricity Bill (should not be more than 6 months old) (Self attested) in the manner and within such time period as provided in the email which shall be sent to the him/her informing about the results.

** Winners shall bear all applicable taxes including but not limited to income (withholding) tax and any other statutory levy as may be applicable from time to time in relation to the Prize.
** The Winners are solely responsible for any other expense related to the acceptance of Prizes and Samsung or its associate companies shall not in any manner be liable or responsible for the same.
** The applicable taxes (if any) will be informed to the winner through email and he/she shall be required to pay the same in the form of DD in the name of Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. payable at Gurgaon.

** All requested information from the winner have to be shared by the latter no later than 15 days from the receipt of the confirmation from Samsung that he/she is a winner.
** Upon receipt of the documents and after verification of the information provided by the Winners, Samsung shall dispatch the Prize to the Winners through courier at the address which is mentioned on the address proof submitted by the Winner.
** The Winners shall be sent emails informing them of the POD number / Airway Bill Number (AWB) for the courier enabling them to track the status of their Prize.
