Terms and Conditions :

Contest:
Unitech Wireless (Tamilnadu) Pvt. Ltd. (“Uninor”) provides New Year Contest (herein referred to as “Contest”) to the subscribers of Uninor in the telecom circle of Telangana & Andhra Pradesh (“Subscriber(s)”) subject to the following Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). The contest shall be organized and managed through Voice Services, having its registered office at Flat -403, Vijaya Sai Towers, Vivek Nagar, Kukatpally, Opp BJP Office, Hyderabad-500072 (“event managers”).

Validity:
This Contest is available for limited period and commences from 29th May 2015 and will continue still 27th Jul 2015 (“Contest Period”). Uninor, at its sole discretion, may extend/ alter / vary the duration of the Contest.

Eligibility:
1. The Contest is meant only for Subscribers who are above the age of 18 years. The contest is open only to existing subscribers as on the date of launch of the contest.

2. Neither the employees of Uninor or of its channel partners or event manager nor the family members or the relatives of employees of Uninor or channel partners or event managers are eligible to participate in the Contest. Any such entry, even if successful, would be deemed inadmissible for the purpose of this Contest.

How to participate :

** This is an SMS and IVR based contest and participation is voluntary.
** The Customer would send SMS to 533355 or dial to Short Code 5333580 and answer to choose from to the customer no.
** Customer can exercise his/her option to participate in the contest by reply to the SMS with the answer of his/her choice.
** For each SMS customer choose to answers, it shall be charged at Rs.3-/- per sms. OR
** Customer can dial IVRS short code 5333580 and answer to choose from to the customer no.
** Customer can exercise his/her option to participate in the contest by responding to the IVRS with the answer of his/her choice.
** Customer shall be charged Rs.6/- per minute, each time Customer choose to participate in the contest by dialing IVRS short code.
** The TOP ONE SCORER for SAMSUNG GALAXY SMART PHONE gratification shall be selected based on maximum no. of right answers given by the participant during the contest period
** The final score shall be cumulative of SMS and IVR mode opted by the participant.

In Case of tie, we are following:
** Case 1: First we will check who have done max score first

One Winner who has given maximum of right answers: shall be eligible to get 1 (one) SAMSUNG GALAXY SMARTPHONE worth Rs.15,000 (Fifteen thousand rupees only.

Miscellaneous and General Terms and Conditions:
1. The Contestant expressly agrees and acknowledges that the participation in the Contest is at his/her own risk and responsibility. The Contest is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
2. All the prizes shall be subject to such other terms and conditions as may be applicable to specific prizes and shall have to be duly complied by the winner(s).
3.Prizes: Any taxes/levies on the prize shall be borne by the Winner himself/herself. Uninor shall not reimburse any costs that the Winner might incur to procure the Prizes. The prize is not transferable and only the participants fulfilling the eligibility shall be considered for the Prizes and there shall be no third party beneficiaries to the prizes. No cash shall be given in exchange of the Prize won.
4. Winner(s) of the Contest shall be communicated by Uninor by way of SMS or such other mode of communication about the Prize won by him/her or through any other suitable medium as it may deem fit. The Prize must be claimed by the winner in person from such location as notified by Uninor or event managers after submitting copy of his/her Identity Proof & Address Proof, which includes mandatory submission of photocopy of PAN Card or Form ‘60’ whichever applicable, which will be first validated by Uninor or event managers. The winners shall also be required to complete the documentation as desired by Uninor, to claim the Prize
5. Uninor’s Subscriber/Contestant shall mean the person in whose name the mobile phone number is registered as per the records maintained by Uninor.
6. Incomplete information provided under this Contest shall not be entertained and shall stand disqualified, without any intimation.
7. Uninor reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, change, alter, modify, and/or prematurely withdraw this Contest on its sole discretion at any time.
8. The decision of Uninor in respect of all transactions / award of prizes under this Contest shall be final and binding.
9. The prize(s) to the winner shall be given subject to (a) the compliance with all applicable statutory legislations / processes /formalities in connection with the prize(s); (b) on payment of all relevant government/statutory taxes/levies (if any) by Subscriber; (c) on production all such documents / papers as required by Uninor before accepting the delivery of the prize; and (d) complying with all relevant T&C. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Uninor, or in the event of any ambiguity / uncertainty / unavailability of the winner, Uninor, in its own discretion will be entitled to cancel the prize(s) for the said winner(s) and may proceed to select other winner through same process.
10. This Contest cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion currently being offered.
11. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad.

Uninor or it’s directors / officers / affiliated companies will, in no manner whatsoever, be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, which hinder the completion of the contest.
