Kaizen Conference & Competition:

TPM Kaizen Conferences have come a very long way over the last decade. It has become the competition being looked for by the corporate to compete. The trophy has become the center of attraction for being a prized possession in the display cabinet of the companies

In order to recognize the best Kaizen implemented in companies, CII – TPM Club India is organizing the Kaizen Conference & Competition. The companies not only participate but also calibrate against others on how Kaizen activities are happening in other companies, together with learning.

Call for paper:
** 2016 Kaizen Conferences would showcase Kaizens successfully implemented in the year 2015.
** This letter is the call for paper for the 28th Kaizen Conference cum Competition being organised in 2016 at Pune.
** The call for papers is only for the members of TPM Club India who have paid the TPM Club India membership fee for the year 2016.
** Nominations are being invited from them to compete at the Kaizen Conference to be held in Bangalore.
** Kindly send a maximum of only 4 kaizens i.e. one per category per company.
** Panel of Judges will evaluate Kaizens nominated & selected Kaizen(s) should be presented at the Conference.

Scrutiny of Entries:
For this conference, there would be scrutiny of kaizens that would be nominated by the companies to maintain the high level of the competition.

Some of the possible reasons for the rejection of kaizens could be for the following reasons at the securitization stage:
** Topics not as per annexure 1
** The Kaizen topic and the presentation topic should be same
** If Kaizen theme and the content of Kaizen are different
** Inadequate information in Kaizen sheet
** If Standard Kaizen sheet format not followed

Entry Fee:
There is an Entry fee of Rs. 25,000/- + 15% service tax for each selected Kaizen paper to be presented. There would be 2 speakers per kaizen on complimentary basis. If additional delegates are nominated by the presenting company, the discounted fee would be Rs. 7,000/- per person + 15% service tax.

Dead line for “Call for Paper”:
** The Kaizen papers should reach us before 4thJuly 2016. Please follow the standard Kaizen format (Excel Sheet) enclosed. This sheet has 4 formats, please use the relevant format. The email size should not exceed 2 MB. If the size is more, please send a CD through courier to us.
** The acknowledgement of receipt of Kaizen papers will be sent to the respective member company.If you do not receive confirmation within a week of sending the nomination, please contact Ms Preethi Peter at preethipeter@cii.in
