Khushiyon Ki Barasaat Offer/ Talent Contest 2015:

During this Monsoon season DISHNET WIRELESS LIMITED (herein after ‘Aircel’) is organizing a talent contest for its new as well existing Prepaid Subscribers of Assam Circle [(as defined by DoT (GoI)] named “Khushiyon Ki Barsaat Offer” where by subscribers can participate in a “Talent Contest” by answering a simple question by dialing *121# as per the criteria listed below.

These terms and conditions contained herein govern the terms of participation in the contest. Participants entering the said contest shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

Under the Aircel Khushiyon Ki Barsaat Offer (“Talent Contest”), Prepaid Subscribers are invited to participate by just making a successful/valid out calling from his mobile phone for total one minute or more in a day and answering a question in a Talent Contest. Based on the criteria listed below, all the subscriber calling One Minute outgoing call will be given free access of 111.93.115.200/Aircel/ppd/combom.aspx?psource=EROS&SplID=14173 where they can download Free Wallpaper, MP3 songs, ringtones etc as an assured gift [internet/web browsing charge is applicable @10 paisa/10KB when the subscriber is browsing at base rate. For subscribers having any Pocket Internet (PI) pack then subscriber will not be charged for browsing].

Also there are other prizes to be won which include:
** 100 winners will be selected every day who will be given [10 min Aircel to Aircel (A2A) free (valid for 2 days)],

Also there are other prizes to be won, subject to successful/valid out calling from his mobile phone for at least one minute every day, as per the criteria given below, which include:
** Every fortnight 13 winners will get TAB
** Every month 1 winner will get 1 lakh worth House hold items (LED TV, Washing Machine, Refrigerator etc.)

Under the Aircel Khushiyon Ki Barsaat Offer (“Talent Contest”), subscriber need to answer a question by dialing *121# on one minute out calling in a day. Based on one minute out calling, subscriber will be asked to dial short code *121# (toll free). A drop down menu will be appeared. Subscriber needs to choose the option Khushiyon Ki Barsaat. One question will be appeared with two options as answer. Subscriber needs to select the right option for the answer. Confirmation for correct/wrong answer will be displayed instantly. Subscriber can give answer(s) as many times as he/she wants. Subscriber will get the benefit as per the selection – free of cost without any additional charge.

The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.

Aircel intends to share this monsoon period with its new as well as existing subscriber (only prepaid) through hosting a talent contest for its subscriber and subject to the conditions stated here under. All Aircel prepaid subscriber should participate in Contest subject to that he/she agrees to accept and comply with the terms and conditions stated herein below:

Terms & Conditions for (‘Talent Contest’):

This offer shall be open from 00.00 hours dated 1st May, 2015 will remain valid up to 23.59 hours dated 30th September, 2015. For fortnightly prizes, time duration is from 00.00 hours on 1st /16th of every month will remain valid up to 23.59 hours on 15th /30th (or 31st) of every month as the case may be. For monthly bumper prizes, time duration is from 00.00 hours on 1st of every month will remain valid up to 23.59 hours on 30th or 31st of every month as the case may be. Further the dates mentioned hereof shall be subject to change and the same shall be publicly communicated.

Aircel reserves their right to change prizes offered as part of Talent Contest at any time:
** All subscribers making at least One minute outgoing call is eligible to participate in the talent contest .

** If the subscriber does not prefer to enter into this Contest, he/she may opt out from entering into the contest by not answering the question. However, he/she will get the assured benefits of i.e. free access ofhttp://111.93.115.200/Aircel/ppd/combom.aspx?psource=EROS&SplID=14173 where they can download free Wallpaper, MP3 song, ringtone etc as assured gift for 90 days from the date of eligibility irrespective of contest period. [internet/web browsing charge is applicable @10 paisa/10KB when the subscriber is browsing at base rate. For subscribers having any Pocket Internet (PI) pack then subscriber will not be charged for browsing].

** To participate in the Talent Contest, after making one minute call the subscriber- participant need to answer a question via dialing *121#, question can be answered immediately.

** Only one subscriber-participant will be eligible for one (1) fortnightly and one (1) monthly bumper prize(s) during the offer period, irrespective of number of attempts made by answering correctly the question. Subscriber- participant may enter the Contest multiple times in a fortnight/month and he will be eligible for other prizes under the daily prize category during daily selection.

** The winners shall be selected by an independent registered Chartered Accountant Firm (herein after ‘Firm’) hired by Aircel for the purpose of conducting the draw.

** The Winners shall be selected through computerized random selection by the said Firm amongst the eligible entries received and decision of the Firm shall be final and binding on the Subscriber- participants / participants of the Contest. No dispute, of whatsoever nature, in this respect shall be entertained and no communication shall be entertained in this regard.
