These Contest Terms And Conditions (govern your participation in the “Colors Bangla Ilish Maash Protijogita” conducted byPrism TV Private Limited(“Company” or “we”) on the website www.Facebook.com (“Facebook”) through the facebook page viz. facebook.com/colorsbangla for the promotion of its Channel Colors Bangla , and its shows.

Participant’s Eligibility:
A. The Contest is open only to the following:
i. legal residents ofWest Bengal, India (“Territory”)
ii. Above eighteen years of age
iii. have a valid Facebook account.

B. Participants should state all the required information, which has been asked from them including but not limited to the details required by Facebook. Any submission which is incomplete/ not fulfilled as per the terms of this Terms and Conditions and/or any terms and conditions laid on the Page and/or stipulated by Facebook shall be considered invalid for the purpose of the Contest.

C. The Contest is not open to the permanent and/or contract employees and directors of the Company, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, “Prism Entities”) and each of their immediate family members are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Contest Procedure:
a) The Contest shall commence on July 1, 2016and will end on July 15, 2016 (“Contest Period”).
b) Participants can participate in the Contest, by logging on to Facebook, by using their Facebook ID and passwordand shall further logon to the Page.

c) Three (3) Artists from three (3) popular shows of the Channel shall post onto the Page their experience, fondness for fish, and ask the Participants to share their favourite Hilsa fish recipe. These posts shall be pictorial, and their content shall reflect the character or the storyline of that particular show (“Post”). Each suchPost will be up on the Page for five (5) daysstarting from July 1, 2016, and the next post will go up on everyfifth (5th) day therefrom during the Contest Period (i.e. July5, and July 10, 2016),.

d) Basis each such Post, the Participants shall be required to upload their favourite Hilsa Fish recipes on the Page (“Submissions”).
e) The Winners for each of these 3 Posts shall be declared on July 16, 2016.
f) The Participantswho submit the most unique and uncommon recipe/s shall be declared the Winners of the Contest.

g) The contact details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by the Company. Any inaccurate or incomplete information found in the Submissions will result in disqualification from entry into the Contest and the receipt of the Prize

h) The Submissions for each Post sent by the participants are required to reach the Company on or before the next Post is posted by the Channel(‘Due Date’). Any Submission(s) received after the Due Date shall not be considered and only entries received before the Due Date shall be considered valid.

i) The Participants shall ensure that the Submission submitted by them is in good taste, not obscene, vulgar, libelous, defamatory, insulting, annoying, hurting religious, community and nationality sentiments, or in any other way contrary to law, public morals or good taste.

j) A reasonable level of skill is required. Participants can send only one Submission per post however Submission to one Post does not disqualify the Participant from sending Submissions to other Post/s participation.

k) The Company shall not be responsible in the event Submissions are not received, and also for technical error of any nature whatsoever that results in a Submission not being received. For purposes of the Terms, “receipt” of an entry occurs when the Service server records the entry information upon the entrant clicking “submit” button. Any automated receipt confirmation does not constitute proof of actual receipt.

l) Submissions should state all the required information asked from the Participant(s) on the Page and/or in these Terms and Conditions. If the same is not complied with, then the Submission will not be considered and will be disqualified.
m) The Company shall not be responsible for any entries submitted but not received or recorded due to any reason whatsoever.

n) There is no cost involved in for registration of the Contest. However the network operator or the internet service provider shall charge such amount as deemed fit by them for the usage of the services. The Company shall, in no circumstances, be responsible to reimburse any such cost incurred by the Participant on account of such participation in the Contest. Any dispute between the operator or service provider shall be settled directly between the Participant and the service provider/operator.

Selection Process:

a) After the Contest Period, Company will review all the eligible Submissionswhich will be scrutinized by the Company.The Company will select a total of three (3) Submissions for three (3) Posts (i.e. one Submission per Post only) as the Winner of the Contest (“Winner(s)”).

b) The Winners(s) will be selected by the Company,on the basis of the best, most unique and uncommon, recipes.
c) In the event that the Company is of the opinion none of the Submissions are eligible to be selected, then the Company may exercise its discretion not to select any participant as Winner(s).

d) The Company will have the right to verify the authenticity of each recipes uploaded as part of the Submissionsand the Participants are required to comply with the requests of the Company to verify the authenticity of such recipes submitted to the Company.
