Photography Competition:

The Samvad Office of Haryana Government is organizing a photography competition on Haryana in its varied hues and aspects of life.

The competition shall be on the photographs clicked on the following subjects:-
** Culture, Tourism and Heritage in Haryana,
** Industrial Growth in Haryana
** Women empowerment in Haryana
** Life style in rural & urban areas of Haryana
** Emotional depictions – Happiness, success, etc.
** Infrastructure, roads, bridges and buildings in Haryana
** Traditional & modern glimpses of Haryana
** Festivals of Haryana
** Youth and Sports in Haryana.

The photographs entered in the contest should be in high resolution and technically sound. Once submitted, these shall be the property of the state government which may decide to use them the way it deems fit. The sender shall have no right on these photographs.

Note:
Out of the photographs selected on the basis of merit, first three entries shall be awarded Rs 10,000 each, next five Rs 5,000 each , next eight Rs 3,000 each and next ten shall be awarded Rs 1,000 each as consolation prize.

Terms and conditions of application:
1. Every citizen can participate in the competition except officers / officials of Samvad and Information, Public Relations & Cultural Affairs Department, Haryana.
2. There shall be no limit of the photographs to be sent on each subject.
3. Once submitted, these photographs shall be the property of the State Government which may decide to be used them the way it deems fit. The sender shall have no right on these photographs.
4. The photographs entered in the contest should be in high resolution and technically sound with caption mentioned below.
5. Age and nationality are no bar for participation but the photographs should be related to Haryana.
6. All photographs should be signed by the sender and these should be of the size of 12”x15”.
7. The photographs so sent should be of high resoluted along with CD (Jpg file) and should also be sent on email hrphotocompetition2016@gmail.com.
8. The photographs must be clicked by the applicant himself and these must not have been be published and displayed earlier.

Application Procedure:
The terms and conditions and application form can be downloaded from the website of Samvad haryanasamvad.gov.in.

All entries on theprescribed form along with photographs should reach :
Samvad Office,
SCO-23, Sector 7-C,
Madhya Marg,
Chandigarh, by 3 pm on 31.7.2016.

Entries received after the stated time and day shall not be entertained.
