IndiGo to redi-GO Terms and Conditions:

** Nissan Motor India Private Limited (“NMIPL”) Offers a free test drive of redi-Go car to all Eligible Participants travelling on IndiGo’s domestic flights between June 15, 2016 and August 14, 2016 (“Travel Period”), who will stand a chance to win base model of redi-Go (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”).

** “Eligible Participant(s)” shall mean Indian resident(s) above eighteen (18) years of age, holding valid Indian driving license and who has/have travelled on any of IndiGo’s flight(s) within the Travel Period.

** Registration for this Contest starts from 15th June, 2016 and ends on 14th August, 2016. For the purpose of this Contest, single registration shall be made per person irrespective of the number of travels undertaken by the Passenger in IndiGo’s domestic flights.

To participate in this Contest, Eligible Participants will be required to:
(a) furnish their driving license and boarding pass bearing participant’s name, at any Nissan-Datsun dealership within India (except in Tamil Nadu), (b) fill in a mandate form, and (c) take a redi-GO test drive.
** Only one (1) winner will be selected by NMIPL through a draw of lots to be conducted on August 30, 2016 (“Winner”).

** NMIPL agrees to bear the ex-showroom cost of base model of redi-Go (“Prize”) for the Winner. If the Winner elects to accept the Prize, all fees, charges and expenses (except for the ex-showroom cost of base model of redi-Go) like registration charge, insurance, documentation charges, taxes, accessories and any other cost/ charges will be borne by the Winner.

** The car will be registered in the name of the Winner, and not in any other person’s name. Further, the Winner cannot transfer or sell the car to any other person till expiry of two (2) years from registration of car.
** Once Winner is selected, handing over the Prize will approximately take ninety (90) days depending upon the documentation and formalities fulfilled by the Winner.
** Winner can choose to get the vehicle received from his/her preferred dealership depending on the availability at that point of time and NMIPL’s consent.
** This Contest is brought to the Eligible Participants by NMIPL. All complaints, concerns, issues regarding the Contest should be taken up directly with NMIPL and IndiGo shall in no manner be responsible for the same.

** The Eligible Participant(s) and Winner shall not hold IndiGo, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, vendors, responsible for or liable for, any actions, claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses which a Eligible Participant claims to have suffered, sustained or incurred, or claims to suffer, sustain or incur, by way of and/or on account of this Contest or the acceptance, decline, non receipt, suitability, quality or use of any products/services given under this Contest.

** The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
** This Contest and contest is not applicable in Tamil Nadu.

** NMIPL reserves the right to extend or terminate this Contest without prior notice. NMIPL and IndiGo, also reserve the right to, at any time, without prior notice and from time to time, to add/alter/amend/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this Contest by another Contest, whether similar to this Contest or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without assigning any reasons.

** This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other Contest of NMIPL or IndiGo and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.

** The Eligible Participants agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. An Eligible Participants without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions of Contest. ** This Contest shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
