Amazon TCL 560 Cashback Contest

The TCL560 cashback contest (“Contest”) and the benefits/ prizes hereunder are provided to you by TCL Communication Technology Holding Limited (“TCL”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.\

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from July 5, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on July 11, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase a “TCL 560” device (“Product”), listed by third party sellers on Amazon.in, provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the purchased Product should not be returned or refunded by you.

** At the end of each day of the Contest Period, amongst all customers who purchase the Product in accordance with Section 2 above, 1 customer will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email/phone call.

** All customers who answer the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon, will be eligible to receive Amazon.in Gift Cards (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) worth INR 7,999 (rupees seven thousand nine hundred ninety nine only) from TCL (“Prize”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

Note:
Only complete purchases during the Contest Period will be considered. Participants have to answer the question to be eligible to win. Purchases made after the expiry of the Contest Period will not be considered.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of 7 (seven) Prizes that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 (one) Prize to each of the 7 (seven) participants who are declared winners at the end of each day of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered to each winner on or before August 31, 2016.
