Readers Travel Awards:

1. The Conde Nast Traveller Readers’ Travel Awards 2016 (“Awards”) is organized by Conde Nast India. In conjunction with the Awards, Conde Nast India will also be conducting a Digital Flash Contest (for Nassima Roayal Hotel, Dubai). By casting your Vote for the Awards and/or the Contest you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Voting Methodology for the Awards and the Contest:
a. You may cast your vote in the following ways:
(i) Online by voting on cntraveller.in/rta or
(ii) Physical voting i.e. by filling up the Readers’ Travel Questionnaire in the June-July 2016 issue of (Conde Nast Traveller India) and posting the same in the business reply envelope to the address mentioned thereon.

b. Please note that votes sent in any other manner other than stated in clause 2(a)(ii) above will not be accepted under any circumstances by Conde Nast India.
c. Conde Nast India is committed to operating a fair and consistent voting system. You shall not be entitled to ask for any proofs or evidences or challenge Conde Nast India’s voting system in any court of law.
d. Conde Nast India is unable to confirm the integrity of any other voting method except for the official voting system through its website and through physical voting as more particularly mentioned herein.
e. Only entries that are complete and correct votes will be deemed as eligible. Erroneous, illegible or incomplete votes will not be accepted as valid entries.
f. Only those Voters who have cast valid online or physical votes will be eligible for Voters Lucky Draw.
g. Procedure of Lucky Draw will be at the sole discretion of Conde Nast India.
h. Multiple voting is allowed in the same or different categories; however for the purpose of Voters’ Lucky Draw, the Voter/s who win the Lucky Draw will not be entitled to more than one prize.
i. Conde Nast India at all times reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, cancel or re-set the Vote for any reason at its sole discretion and at any time. You shall not be entitled to challenge any amendment, suspension, withdrawal, cancellation, re-set of the votes by Conde Nast India.
j. Conde Nast India reserves the right to reject any Vote on any grounds without the need to notify any participant of the reasons for rejection.
k. By participating in this Competition, all eligible Voters agree to be bound by the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
l. Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Vote is final, conclusive and binding on all eligible participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regards shall be entertained.
m. The said contest shall be valid from June 4, 2016 till July 31, 2016.
n. Conde Nast India’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Vote cannot be contested and/or challenged in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.

o. Conde Nast India reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the registration/participation process or the operation of the contest or the website, to be in violation of the Conditions of Access of the Web site, or to be acting in violation of the Information Technology Act or any other law or regulation.

p. Conde Nast India reserves its right to pursue legal action against any individual believed to have undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful to this contest, the entry submission process or the relevant web site.

3 (i). Terms and Conditions for Online Voting for the Awards:
a. Participants shall cast their vote between June 4, 2016 and July 31, 2016.
b. Any vote cast before or after the designated voting period will be considered as null and void.

c. Conde Nast India reserves the right to disallow any vote if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast (i.e. more votes than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automated votes)

d. Conde Nast India, may, in its sole discretion, prohibit any person from Online Voting whom they believe to be abusing the website.
e. At times you may not be able to access the website to register your vote. Conde Nast India is not liable to persons who are unable to register a vote.

f. As regards online voting, the lucky draw winner/s will be drawn by computer randomization from the online votes casted each week, which process shall entirely be at the discretion of Conde Nast India and the same is not open to challenge by any person whomsoever.

3 (ii). Terms and Conditions for Online Voting for the Contest :
a. Participants shall cast their vote between June 23, 2016 and June 25, 2016.
b. Any vote cast before or after the designated voting period will be considered as null and void.

c. Conde Nast India reserves the right to disallow any vote if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent bulk votes have been cast (i.e. more votes than a human being could possibly submit in the time available without the use of software or other devices designed to make automated votes)

4. Terms and Conditions for Physical Voting for the Award:
a. Participants may cast their vote by filling up the Readers’ Travel Questionnaire which will be made available in the June- July 2016 Issues of Conde Nast Traveller and by posting the same in the business reply envelope to the address mentioned thereon.
b. Votes received after 6 pm on July 31, 2016 shall be considered null and void.
c. Conde Nast India will not be held responsible for the loss of opportunity to participate due to entries not received in time or any other reasons whatsoever.

d. As regards physical voting, the winners of lucky draw will be selected by randomly drawing from the valid physical votes received each week, which process shall entirely be at the discretion of Conde Nast India and the same is not open to challenge by any person whomsoever.

5. Criteria for participation in the Competition for the Award and the Contest:
a. Participation in this competition implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the competition
b. Any person resident of India is eligible to vote, however only citizens of India will be selected as the winner for the said competition.
c. The participants shall be at least 18 years or above at the time of participation.
d. This competition is open to all Indian citizens excluding employees of Conde Nast India (and members of their immediate family) and anyone in the administration of the contest.

6.Winners:
a. Winners based on number of votes received in various categories will be announced on cntraveller.in and in the December 2016– January 2017 issue of Conde Nast Traveller India. The Winner in each category will be based on the number of votes received by it in a particular category.

b. The winner/s of the Voters Lucky Draw as the case may be must, at the request of Conde Nast, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Conde Nast India using their name, image and logos (as applicable) in promotional material.

c. Winners of the voters Lucky Draw will be contacted by Conde Nast India and sent their prize voucher by post.
