Miss India Beauty:

The applicant must agree to abide by all Rules, as changed from time to time by the Organizers / Management.

The Eligibility Criteria :
** Between 18 yrs – 27 yrs (as on 31st Dec 2016)
** Unmarried/ Single
** Never given birth to a child
** Born Indian National holding Govt Issued ID
** Minimum Educational Qualification – SSC / 10th Standard

Zonal Auditions will be held in the following cities :
** Kolkata – 17th Feb – 21st Feb 2016
** New Delhi – 22nd April – 24th April 2016
** Jaipur – 9th June – 11th June 2016
** Bengaluru – 21st July – 23rd July 2016
** Mumbai – 8th Sep – 10th Sep 2016

Terms & Conditions:

** The applicant should be between 18 – 27 years of age as on 31st December 2016. The applicant will be required to produce their Indian Id – Proof originals on the audition day before the entrance.
** The applicant uses the prefix ‘Miss.'(or equivalent) before her name.
** The applicant should not / have not been married and never been through any ceremony directly or indirectly, either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious or tribal which is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world and should never have had a marriage annulled or never given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been a parent.
** The applicant should be a natural born female.
** The applicant should be a bonafide Indian citizen, as per the applicable laws of India .
** The applicant or the applicant’s immediate family should not be related to any person employed in Silver Dream Entertainment / Contest Sponsors & their Sub – Contractors, Or any of the judges as informed to the applicant at any stage. In case of such a relation, the applicant must disclose the same immediately.
** The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or pageant until the final Event completes.
** Incomplete forms to photocopies of filled-in-form will not be accepted.
** The applicant should not be under any commercial contract with any Modelling agency at the time of appearing for the auditions.
** Candidates understand and agree that should she be crowned the pageant winner, she will be required to sign a year contract with Silver Dream Entertainment. She must be available to the pageants for any and all personal Appearances at all scheduled events throughout her reign. She further understands that the inability to fulfill her contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned and her successor will take her place for the remainder of the year.
** The Organizers & Management are not responsible for any delays or non-receipt of applications on any account and for any reason whatsoever including natural calamities.
** Schedule of events 5 Zone Auditions / Grand Finale are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the Organizers and the Candidate shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
** The applicant should not have won the Miss. India Title or Runner – up Pageant previously in India.
** All photos submitted and taken during the Contest shall become the absolute property of Silver Dream Entertainment and may be used in future promotions and marketing events at their sole discretion and shall not be limited to Beauty pageants.
** The Training & Grooming sessions of final 5 Contestants from Eastern India for the Grand Finale in Kolkata will be free of Cost & Expenses for (food , travel & stay) will be borne by the Silver Dream Entertainment Management.
** Candidates must conduct themselves in a proper Manner and Portray high Moral Standards. Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or use foul language anytime or in any way misconduct herself during the course of the entire contest.
** The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per schedule given.
** Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by Silver Dream Entertainment, its authorized Representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name, picture, voice or photographs etc. of the Candidate for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion, trade, press release or motion picture etc. She waives the Right to inspect or approve such competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof.
** The Organizers / Management are not responsible for any loss or physical injury that occur to the applicant on account of their participation in the event. The applicant will participate at her own risk and can have no claim against Silver Dream Entertainment in any Regard.
** Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to, during or after participation.
** Participants agree that Silver Dream Entertainment has the sole discretion to strip the winner of her title if she violates any terms or spirit of this beauty pageant or any other signed agreements.
** The decision of the judges is final in all cases.
** The participant shall not give any press interviews or hold a press conference without the prior permission in writing of the Chairperson / Founder of Silver Dream Entertainment.
** Only persons of good health, sound mind and having no medical history of any mental illness and having a good moral character can participate herein.
** The applicant does not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her.
