Idea Super Challenge Season 12:

The Idea Super Challenge Season 12 Is sponsored, organized and administered by One97 Communications Ltd in association with Idea Cellular Limited. and the Challenge is open for a limited period from 15th July 2016 till 12th October 2016 for the pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Subscribers1&2 of Idea.

Also, by participating in this Challenge, You:
** Warrant that You have read understood and agreed to conform to these Terms and Conditions.
** Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness and currency of all information that You have submitted.
** Agree that You are entering into this Challenge as an independent party and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between You and Organiser (Idea and One97)
** Warrant that prior to participating in the Challenge, it shall be deemed that You have read and have agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein.

Procedure and Eligibility to participate:
This Challenge is valid for all active prepaid and post-paid Subscribers who fulfil the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuation of Challenge
** He/she must be of or above 18 years of age at the time of participation in the competition.
** He/she must be a Citizen of India;
** He/she must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offence nor be of an unsound mind;
** He/she must belong to any of the Circles mentioned above; and
** He/she must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court orders etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.

Charging:

To participate in/register for the Challenge, the Participants have to:
** Register/subscribe for the Challenge: Registration/Subscription in the Challenge is free and there are no charges for the same, however for participating in the Challenge (SMS and voice calling) the Subscriber shall be charged Rs. 2/- per answer via SMS or voice calling while answering the question.
** Registered participant will be able to play a maximum of 900 skill/knowledge based questions during total challenge period.
** To participate on Voice, the Idea Subscribers have to call 53111, which will be Toll free. To participate through SMS, Subscribers need to send an SMS CAR to 53111 which will be Toll free.
** This Challenge will be available only in the above mentioned 22 Circles of Idea. Modes of registration/subscription can be added or suspended (due to unavoidable issues on which Organiser does not have any control) during the duration of challenge.
** The charged amount will not be refunded to Subscribers under any circumstances.
** In case of a low balance response for any question, charging will stop.
** Charging will resume when user initiates again by answering a question through any channel i.e. either on SMS or Voice.

Challenge on Voice:
** The Challenge will be available on 53111 which will be Toll free for all the Subscribers of the above mentioned Circles of Idea. However, the charges to participate on Challenge shall apply as referred in Clause 2.
** The participants can press 1 or 2 on the phone keypad to answer the questions of the Challenge.
** For every right answer the participant will get 10 points. There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** For every right answer the participant will get 20 point in Happy Hours (as mentioned below). There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** The participant will answer the questions one after the other.
** Subscribers will be informed about the participation charges for the Challenge, gratification and Terms and Conditions URL, when they call the number 53111 (Toll-free) to participate in the Challenge.
** After every answer, the Subscriber will be given an appropriate response followed by the updated score and given the next question and answer options.
** System will continue giving questions one after the other, while the charging happens.
** However happening of such charging may not necessarily be simultaneous to the question attempted and can also be charged at a later stage i.e. post answering of the question.
** If the Subscriber stops participating in the Challenge after answering the nth question then when he/she calls on the number 53111 again or sends as an SMS PLAY to 53111 he/she will be given the (n+1)th question.

Challenge on SMS:
** The Challenge will be available on the Toll free Short code 53111.
** To participate in the Challenge, Subscribers can send the keyword CAR to toll free Short Code 53111.
** Subscribers may participate in the Challenge by sending the keyword PLAY to 53111 as an SMS to receive a question and answer options and then sending a response to 53111 by typing ‘A’ or ‘B’ for every right answer the participant will get 10 point.
** There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** For every right answer the participant will get 20 point in Happy Hours (as mentioned below). There is no negative marking for a wrong answer.
** The participant will answer the questions one after the other.
** The Challenge will be available on SMS on 53111. To participate in the Challenge, Subscribers are required to SMS CAR to 53111 for free.
** For all Subscribers who participate in the Challenge for the first time by sending the keyword CAR as an SMS to 53111, a welcome SMS will be sent to the number of the Subscribers.
