Ramp Camp:

These Terms and Conditions are for a contest known as “Ramp Camp” organised by Hamleys in the form of a kids competition at Hamleys Stores currently scheduled to be held from 14 May’16 till August’16..

The winners of the Ramp Camp contest shall be eligible to walk the ramp at a kids fashion show at the Lakme Fashion Week, currently scheduled to be held from 24th August, 2016 to 28th August, 2016, at Mumbai, by the name and style of “Hamleys Show At Lakme Fashion Week”.

Eligible age group:
** Both Boys & Girls in the age group of 5 to 12 yrs (born after 01-04-2005 and before 31-03-2011) are eligible for participation.

Terms & Conditions:

** Each participating child shall be represented through their Parents/Guardian.
** The Ramp Camp consists of a. Workshop b. Audition
** The Ramp Camp will be conducted at the Hamleys stores in following cities: Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and Chandigarh.
** The eligibility criteria for participating in the Ramp Camp are as follows: Customers, during our promotional period, should:
** Purchase products worth 6000 (Hamleys Stores in Mumbai, Thane, Delhi and NCR regions)/4000 (Hamleys Stores in Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Pune, Bangalore & Chennai) and above from Hamleys.
** The Parent/s/Guardian/s of the child to be enrolled, must fill-up an enrolment form and submit the same along with a copy of the bill to our representative at the Customer Service Desk (“CSD”) present at the store.
** Once the form is complete with all relevant details, the representative shall acknowledge the same.
** The promotional period shall be held tentatively from 14.05.2016 to 6.08.2016.

** Post enrolment, the participants shall be informed about the schedule of workshop/s via SMS and/or E-Mail. The participants shall not be entitled to any changes in schedule with regards to the workshop.
** All participants along with their parents/guardian are required to be present for the workshop/s as per the time communicated via email for the purpose of registration. (Late entries shall not be entertained)
** If a customer remains absent or arrives late, then Hamleys shall not be responsible for conducting the workshop again.
** At the workshop/s, photographs of each participant will be photographed by Hamleys and uploaded on “Hamleys India” Facebook page for online voting.
** You hereby wilfully consent to us taking photographs of your child and uploading the same on “Hamleys India” Facebook page.
** All such photographs, uploaded, shall be subject to online voting, the dates for which shall be communicated through SMS and/or email.
** Post online voting, the top 20 contestants who have received the maximum number of “Likes” will be selected to participate in the audition, conducted at the above mentioned cities.
** The eligible contestants shall be informed regarding their selection and the schedule for audition via SMS and/or E-mail.
** Any changes in the schedules shall be communicated to the contestants in advance.
** At the audition, a panel of judges will choose 2 winners out of the above 20 contestants from each city, who will be given a chance to walk the ramp at The Hamleys Show at Lakme Fashion Week.
** Parents hereby unconditionally permit / give consent for participation / taking part of their child in Hamleys Ramp Camp and to walk at Lakme fashion Week, if selected as winners of Hamleys Ramp Camp.
** Hamleys reserves the right to cancel any workshop/s or audition at its sole discretion, without assigning any reason whatsoever and any decision of Hamleys in this regard shall be final and binding on the participants.
** The schedule for The Show shall be communicated to the winners via SMS and/or E-mail.
** Any changes in the schedules shall communicated to the contestants in advance.
** The winner should be accompanied by at least one parent/guardian for The Show.
** Hamleys shall bear such expenses towards travel and accommodation of the winner and accompanying Parent/Guardian. Expenses of travel and accommodation will not be borne for winners of Mumbai Final Auditions.
** Hamleys reserves sole rights to change the format, selection of kids or manner of auditions at any time in the way the campaign is conducted.
** All disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
** Hamleys reserves the sole right to make any changes to these Terms & Conditions and they shall be final and binding on all participants.
