Tollywood Dhamaka Contest 2015:
This Contest/ Offer is “TOLLYWOOD DHAMAKA CONTEST” (hereinafter referred to as “Offer/ Game/ Contest” for the sake of brevity) is conceptualized, administered, organized and sponsored by Aditya Music (India) Private Limited, a company having its registered office at D.No.3-5-1091/7, Venkateshwara Colony, Narayanguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500029, (hereinafter referred to as “ADITYA MUSIC) for the benefit of IDEA Subscribers in association with IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED, a Limited Company incorporated in India under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011, Gujarat, its Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai- 400098 and through its Circle office Idea Cellular Limited, 3rd Floor, K L K Estate, Fateh Maidan Road, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad 500 001, hereinafter referred to as “IDEA”).

Eligibility Criteria For Participating In The Offer:
** The “TOLLYWOOD DHAMAKA CONTEST” is a limited period offer.

** The Offer will be open from (00:00 hrs of 01st August, 2015 and valid up to 23:59 hrs of 30th September, 2015), hereafter (both days are inclusive), hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period” for the sake of brevity.

** The Offer is open for participation only for the existing active Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscribers of Idea Cellular Limited in Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle (presently known as State of Andhra Pradesh & State of Telangana) and those Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscribers who have receives a SMS/ FLASH SMS inviting them to participate in the Offer. The Offer is not applicable to Roaming Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber/s* (Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber/s who are visiting Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle from other Telecom Circles and who do not belong to Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle) however; Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscribers belong to Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle on roaming can however participate in the offer.

** ADITYA MUSIC/ IDEA shall reserve the right to offer an invitation for participation.

** This Offer is valid only for existing category of active Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber(s) who fulfills the following criteria: (Participant or Prepaid or Postpaid Subscriber where ever used in the terms and conditions shall mean and refer to “Subscriber/Participant/ Participant Caller”).

** The participant must be above 18 years of age.

** The participant must be a citizen of India

** The participant must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for commission of any criminal offence;

** The participant must not be suffering from any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.

Note:
*The Subscriber/ Participant shall mean the rightful owner/ user of the mobile connection and a person/ individual in whose name the mobile phone number is registered as per the records maintained by IDEA (and which shall be conclusive), or in case of an employee who is the user of the phone registered in the name of an employing company, provided that the employing company issues a letter that the employee has been allotted the specific mobile phone number.

Further, the winner will be the rightful owner/user of the winning mobile phone number (which is registered as per the records maintained by IDEA (and which shall be conclusive), and not the player, if such player is not the rightful owner/user of such mobile number. If the winner is not able to provide sufficient evidence to show that he/she is the rightful owner/user of the mobile, IDEA reserves the right to award the pass to the next eligible winner. This Offer is subject to all the applicable laws, rules, guidelines, regulations, circulars, bye-laws, notifications and various guidelines and directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) or any other statutory authority from time to time.

Participation Process:
** The Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber/s participate into offer only by dialling the number 12132 or any other number as per the SMS/ FLASH SMS received by the participant and listen songs and choose any of the song and activate it as his/ her Dialer tone by following IVR instructions. The Prepaid/ Postpaid Subscriber shall be levied with the appropriate charges for activating/ choosing/ selection of the song as a Dialer Tone, the participant Subscriber shall be charged with an amount of Rs.15/- per song towards song selection. However, the same shall not be levied to the Subscriber (Prepaid/ Postpaid), in case, the Subscriber is activating the Dialer Tone for the first time, the Subscriber (Prepaid/ Postpaid) shall be levied with the said charges for subsequent selection of songs.

** The participant (Prepaid/ Postpaid) caller shall be Charged Rs.36/- (Rupees Thirty Six only) per month towards subscription charges.

** This Offer is also valid for the Subscriber (Prepaid/ Postpaid) who had already subscribed the Dialer Tone from IDEA and in such case, the participant caller shall be charged only for the selection of the song. In addition to this, the participant caller shall be charged with the appropriate Subscription charges (monthly/ quarterly/ half yearly or any other) as per the Value Added Services (VAS) product activated/ subscribed by the participant towards the Dialer Tone.

** Upon selection of a song, the participant Subscriber would be provided an opportunity to participate in the offer and provides an opportunity to win prizes by answering the questions as under:

** Upon activation of the song, the Subscriber (Prepaid/ Posptpaid) will get an SMS from 567898 (Toll free) i.e. from Aditya Music inviting the Subscriber to participate in the contest,

** In the event, the Subscriber is willing to participate in the offer, then to participate in the Offer, the Subscriber (Prepaid/ Postpaid) is required to download any Dialer Tone by following above process during the Offer period and give consent to play the questions by replying A or B to the Short code 567898.

** The Subscriber will be a part of the Offer once he/she activates/ selects any Dialer Tone to his/ her mobile connection during the Offer period. Post successful activation of the song, the Subscriber will receive confirmation a SMS. Post receipt of the SMS confirmation only he/ she will be pushed further questions to participate in the Offer,

** For all the Subscribers (Prepaid/ Postpaid) who are participating in the Offer for the first time a welcome SMS shall be sent to the Subscribers informing him/her about the Gratification to be won.

** The Subscriber (Prepaid/ Postpaid) shall not be levied any charges for playing the contest (as above),

** The Questions shall be in the form of multiple choice questions relating to Tollywood.

** After every right/ wrong answer, the participant caller will get an appropriate response and will get the next question.

** The participant caller will score One (01) point for every right answer and will score zero (0) point for every wrong answer. There is no negative score.

** This is followed by the 1st question and answer options

** Subscriber can answer the question by sending the required keywords (i.e. either “a” or “b”).

** On Answering 10 questions for a single download of the Dialer Tone, the Subscribers shall receive an SMS with “Cumulative Score” + “Instruction to download next song” to continue the contest.

** The participants will be intimated over SMS about their relevant scores.

** The total question in the Offer shall be 100 questions, which can be played post download of Dialer Tones (10 questions shall be provided for each successful activation of Dialer Tone).

** In case Subscriber activates/ selects any another content subsequently, he/ she will get unanswered question/s of the
previous download.

** Once a user answers all questions (i.e. all 100 questions) the Contest Exit Text is sent informing the user that he/she has completed the Offer.

Prizes:
The prizes are as follows:
1st Prize:
Top 3 (three) participant callers who had scored/ secured highest points during the offer period will win/ be awarded with a 1 (one) smart phone worth Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten only) each at the end of the Offer Period or on a date convenient to the Aditya Music.

2nd Prize:
The next top 20 (twenty) participant caller(s) who had scored/ secured highest points during the offer period will win/ be awarded with a 1 (one) Gift voucher worth Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) each at the end of the Offer Period or on a date convenient to Aditya Music.

Winner Selection:
The top scorers will be selected based on their scores, Winner selection to be owned by Aditya Music Pvt. Ltd. Basis,

In the event of a tie in points between two or more participants, then the participant who had scored/ secured the highest points in least number of days taken by the participant caller during the offer period, if there is further tie then the winner will be decided through a random system generated process which shall be scrutinized by an independent audit mechanism.

This Offer is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participation of eligible subscriber/s is voluntary.
