** Click on ‘Home’ tab and enter your Unique Scratch Code, Name, Address, Telephone, Mobile Number and Email ID.
** You will receive an Authentication Number via SMS & E-mail
** Click on ‘Claim’ tab and enter your Authentication Number. Select your preferred Date of Visit. This should be 7 days post the date you are submitting your booking. Kindly also select your city and area for salon visit.
** You will receive a booking confirmation call 48 working hours prior to your requested booking date. You will also receive an e-mail and SMS confirming your booking. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with alternate options.

How to Redeem(via Phone Call):
** To register your code, give a missed call on 7877733446.
** Our customer care executive will call back you back within 48 hours of receiving the missed call. In case of public holidays or weekends, you will receive a call back on the next working day.
** On call back, our customer care executive will register your Unique Scratch Code and place the booking as per your choice. Your preferred Date of Visit should be 7 days post the registration date.
** You will receive a booking confirmation call 48 working hours prior to your requested booking date. You will also receive an e-mail and SMS confirming your booking. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with alternate options.

Terms and Conditions:-

** This offer entitles you to a Free Haircut including blow dry at participating Salons.
** The offer is valid on all days including weekends and public holidays. Offer valid in select cities and outlets. Packs without offer are also available.
** Your Date of Visit must be at least 7 days later from the date you are submitting your Booking.
** Our customer care executive will call you 48 hours prior to your requested booking date. They will confirm your booking and provide salon details. In case of non-availability, they will provide you with an alternate slot and/or venue.
** Once booked, the service cannot be cancelled. If you do not show up at the Salon, your Scratch Code will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
** You can request for re-scheduling the appointment within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
** For re-scheduling, you can call our customer care number 022-40270000 (lines open from Monday to Friday between 10:30 AM and 5:30 PM) or email us at hairandcare@rewardport.in. Any request after the scheduled time for re-scheduling will not be entertained.

** Service cannot be availed at the salon directly without following the above mentioned process.
** Direct presentation of Scratch Code/Offer Pack at the salon will lead to refusal of the service.
** Walk-in customers without prior booking will not be entertained at the venue.
** Only one Scratch Code per booking will be entertained. Multiple Scratch Code cannot be booked together.
** Only one Scratch Code may be used per person, per mobile number, per booking group (group is defined as more than one person accompanying the Scratch Code holder).

** Redemption of service is subject to availability of slot.
