The ‘Thar Fest’ contest is here! Tell us ‘ What makes the Thar a cult brand?’. Send in your answers in the comments section below. 5 winners along with a friend/spouse will win an all-expense paid trip to the ‘Thar Fest’ happening in Goa on the 5th & 6th of August 2016

1. Who can participate:
** Only residents of India above the age of 18 can participate in this contest.
** Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. employees & employees of suppliers/agencies to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. cannot participate in this contest.

2. How to participate:
** A person needs to answer the question ‘What makes the Thar a cult brand?’ on the Mahindra Thar, Mahindra Adventure, Mahindra Bolero, Mahindra Scorpio, Ssangyong Rexton, Mahindra KUV100, Mahindra TUV300, Mahindra XUV500, Mahindra Nuvosport, Mahindra Xylo Facebook page/Twitter handle.
** A person can take part in the contest multiple times during the duration of the contest.
** Mahindra & Mahindra will not be responsible for downtime on the services, caused due to technicalities (like failure of hardware equipment, configuration issue, network congestion), or due to decisions/changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, RBI, DoT or any other regulatory body.

3. Prizes:
** 5 winners along with a friend/spouse will get an all-expense paid trip to the Thar fest happening in Goa on the 5th & 6th Aug,2016.
** All prizes and their specification, location, format & value will be decided by Mahindra. Mahindra will not be responsible if participants fail to present themselves on the said date and time.
** Winners must complete/furnish all the required government identity/age/address proofs in order to claim their prizes/gift.
** Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. will not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation or otherwise for any such loss.
** Winners must claim the prize in the manner communicated by Mahindra. In case the winner fails to claim the prize on or before the specified date, he/she shall be deemed to have surrendered the prize.
** In case the winner is a minor, a parent or a legal guardian will be eligible to collect the prize on behalf of the minor, subject to verification as mentioned above.

Winner Selection :
Grand prize: The winners will be shortlisted by the internal jury at Mahindra.

The criteria will be:
** Quality of answer to the contest question.
** The jury shall be decided by Mahindra and the decision of the Jury shall be final & binding.
** Winners will be declared within the next 10 working days after the end of the Contest

4. Duration of contest:
The contest will run from 19th July, 2016 to 25th July 2016. Opening and closing time will be IST.

5. All entries submitted by participants (multiple entries allowed) will be sole property of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd and may be used for any future promotions/contents/updates/media releases whatsoever etc.
6. Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd reserves the right to edit participant’s entry during the contest period.
