** These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the conduct of the Contest “#MarathonKabaddiKabaddi” ”(Contest) organized, conducted and brought to you by Syntech Technology Private Limited (‘Syntech’).

** Participation in this contest is voluntary. The Contest is open for citizens of India only who are aged 18 years and above, but excludes employees and the family members of the Organizer, its associate companies, its advertising and promotional agencies and its auditors / executing agencies and their associate companies or anyone else professionally connected with the above.

** By participating in this contest, the participants accept the Terms and Conditions of entry as specified here in totality. If anyone does not agree or cannot comply with any of the Terms, then please do not participate in the Contest.

** This contest is open from 18 July, 2016 9 PM and ends on 24th July, 2016 at 11:59 PM (‘Contest Period’).. · To participate in the contest, participants must follow the official Gionee India Twitter and Facebook profiles and participants shall be governed by the Rules stated herein below.

** To participate in the #MarathonKabaddiKabaddi Contest, the contestant needs to do the following: · Follow and Like Gionee India official presence on Facebook: www.facebook.com/gionee.india/ · Follow Gionee India on Twitter: twitter.com/gioneeIndia
** Users must share their videos repeating Kabaddi Kabaddi in one single breath.

** The entries would be judged on the basis of uniqueness. The more creative the video, more your chances of being selected as the winner.
** Users can send in the entries via Twitter by using the hashtag #MarathonKabaddiKabaddi
** Usage of the hashtag #MarathonKabaddiKabaddi is mandatory for all entries. Entries without the hashtag will be deemed invalid
** Only valid entries will be considered eligible for prizes

** We’ll select several entries to be part of a longer video montage. We will upload this video montage on Gionee India’s social media channels. By participating voluntarily in this contest, you give Gionee India express rights to use, edit and modify your video to be part of this montage.

** 5 overall winners will be awarded Gionee Marathon M5 Plus phones.
** The contest organizers reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions without prior notice
