#ANewYou Facebook Contest The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the ‘Avon #ANewYou’ campaign/ Contest (detailed below).

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the term Avon India, when used with reference to a legal entity, s hall mean AVON Beauty Products India Private Limited.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The campaign/ promotion shall run from 26th July 2016 (12:00pm)-26th July 2016 (4:00pm) (“the campaign/ promotion period”), on Avon India fan page on Facebook
2. Avon India can curtail or extend the campaign period, as it deems necessary.

3.Participants will have to follow the Avon India social channel wherein they are participating. If they are participating on Facebook, they have to like the page to enter the contest and visa-versa. Every participant will be sharing their responses using hashtag #ANewYou and tagging the Avon India social channel. Winners will be chosen basis the closest similar looks to Aditi’s.

4. Only Indian citizens with valid postal addresses in India can participate in the contest.
5. Avon India will require the participants/winners to produce documentary proof to support postal address and age.
6. The participants with the original and most creative response o will be chosen as the winner.
7. There will be a total of Three winners which will be chosen on 29th July, 2016. One of the winner will be gratified with Anew kit which will have Anew fairness cream and Anew fairness cleanser
8. Avon India’s decision will be final and binding upon the contestants and no correspondence will be entertained with regards to the selection process.
9. Any entry with images found to be taken from third-party sources will be disqualified
10. The campaign/promotion/contest shall be valid in India only.
11. Avon India is authorized to remove any comment or image that it does not see fit in the spirit of the campaign/ promotion. Any irrelevant, spam, porn, or otherwise improper submission can be taken off without warning and explanation.

12. Participants shall agree that they will participate with true sportsmanship and not indulge in any smear tactics that might involve, but not limited to, posting irrelevant, rude, or mocking comments at others. However, participants are free to comment honest opinions and Avon India will take a decision on case to case basis.

13. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
14. No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
15. Avon India reserves the right to reject any entry form without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken in this regard shall be final and binding, and not subject to any dispute or challenge.
