HBO Ticket2Hollywood Contest

1. Information on prizes and how to enter the “HBO Ticket2Hollywood contest” (Contest) form a part of these Terms & Conditions of Entry (Terms).

2. The Contest is organized by Turner International India Private Limited, having its office at 5th Floor, Radisson Commercial Plaza, National Highway No.8, Mahipalpur, New Delhi – 110037, India (hereinafter the “Promoter”). The Contest is valid only in India

3. Entry to the Contest is open to all legal residents of India (individuals only) who are above the age of 18 as on 22 July 2016. (each an Entrant and collectively Entrants). Corporates, Agencies, and any non human legal entities are not entitled to participate in the Contest.

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and Promoter’s related companies and advertising agencies may not enter the Contest.
5. Entry to the Contest commences on 22 July 2016 and closes at last entry received at 11:59 midnight of the 6 August 2016 (Contest Period). By entering the Contest, Entrants accept these Terms.

6. The Entrants will be required to watch the movies being aired on the Channel, HBO at 9 pm during the Contest Period. Entrants will have to look out for the missed call number and send correct answers/ entries via entry mechanism mentioned in paragraph 7 below. The Promoter will air the contest question on a daily basis.

7. To participate in the Contest the Entrants are required to give a missed call on the Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS) Number displayed on HBO (Channel) during Contest period. The Entrant will receive a call back from a IVR/OBD service and the Entrant is required to carefully listen to the instructions provided during the call.

Thereafter, the Entrant will be required to provide necessary information which would involve pressing requisite keys as instructed during the call for providing their answers out of the multiple answers. All the information either spoken or punched in by the caller shall be recorded in the system.

Entrants will be solely responsible for all charges incurred in participating in the Contest, including any internet and, or mobile phone charges, if applicable. Entrants may enter the Contest as many times as they wish provided that each entry is separately submitted.

8. The Terms & Conditions of the Contest will be posted on hbosouthasia.com (“Website”).The Promoter reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the Contest at any point of time at its sole discretion without serving any prior intimation to the Entrants.

9. The Promoter is not responsible for the Entrant not being able understand the Contest mechanics or for his/her misinterpretation of the same. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by the Promoter.

10. Entrants may enter the Contest as many times as they wish provided that each entry is separately submitted however, the Entrant(s) shall not be using multiple IDs to participate in the contest. Any single Entrant found using or participating through multiple IDs in the contest shall be disqualified immediately and shall be barred from participating in any future contests with the Promoter.

11. No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. Further participation in the Contest will not in itself make the Entrant eligible for selection as winner of the Contest.

12. At the end of the Contest Promoter will select a grand prize winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) and 16 other winners (each a “Winner” and collectively “Winners”) from among all those Entrants who have answered maximum number of the contest questions aired during the Contest Period correctly & consistently.

The prize details are as below:
a. 1 Grand Prize Winner & a companion ( who is also above the age of 18 as on 22 July 2016) will tour of WB Studios in LA (“Grand Prize”) and the prize shall include the following;
** Round trip economy-class airfare to Los Angeles (LA), USA from a major metro city in India (Mumbai/ Delhi/ Chennai/ Bangalore only) ;
** 2 nights stay in a hotel of the Promoter’s choice at LA including breakfast.
** Per diem allowance (for 2 days)
** Warner Bros. Studio Tour (standard) for 2 persons in Los Angeles, USA

k. 1 prize winner will receive a Seagate 1TB hard drive
l. 1 prize winner will receive a Philips Bluetooth Wireless Headphones
m. 1 prize winner will receive a Lenovo Power bank

13. The prize selection for the Contest will take place at Mumbai, India on 7th August 2016 at 2:00pm onwards.
