#HamleysIndore Contest T&C:

1. Eligibility:
The current contest running on Hamleys facebook page (the”Contest”) is open to anyone who are legal residents of Indore, India and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Directors, management, officers and employees (and their immediate family(parents, children, siblings and spouses and household members) of the Sponsor, and their affiliated companies and advertising and promotional agencies, representatives and entities involved in the implementation and execution of the Contest are not eligible to participate.

2. Sponsor:
RelianceBrands Ltd, having an address of 5th Floor, Court House, Dhobi Talao, OppositeMetro Cinema, LT Marg, Mumbai, 400002, India.

3. Timing:
Contest begins on July 25, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and ends on July 27, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. IST (the “Contest Period”).

4. How To Participate:
To participate entrants will have to follow 3 steps :
a. ‘Like’ the Hamleys India Facebook Page
b. Share this post on their wall, keeping the post ‘public’
c. Comment on the post telling us, what would they buy with the gift vouchers and for whom

Such participation process shall be called “Entry” and each such participant shall be called “Entrant”. Entrants are responsible for their own costs associated with accessing the Internet. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the database of the Sponsor (or its agents or associated companies), not at the time of transmission by an Entrant.

5. Winner Selection:
From all valid entries received, an administrator on behalf of the Sponsor will select five winners at random.

6. Prizes:
All five winners will win as prize a Rs. 1,000 Gift Voucher to shop at the newly launched Hamleys Indore Store at the Treasure Island Mall. The winners will have to collect the vouchers from the Hamleys Indore store and will have to be redeem at the Indore Store itself.

The Prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Sponsor accepts no responsibility for any variation in Prize value and the Prize will only be released to the verified Winner.

7. Release:
Upon receipt of the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/Contest agencies, and Prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company officer, director, employee and/or agent (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action or loss, including, but not limited to, damage resulting in personal injury, death, or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize.
