Nickelodeon Game-a-Thon Contest:

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions (“Participants”)

Eligibility:
are citizens of India; and Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

Note:
** To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to successfully log on to the official website of Nick India at following link www.nickindia.com (“Site”) and thereafter, click on the Contest / activity page on the said Site (“Microsite”).

** After successfully logging in to the Site and navigating to the correct Microsite, a Participant is required to play one (1) or more of the three (3) games on the said Microsite during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other rules/instructions mentioned on the Site, Microsite or announced by the Organizer from time to time.

** Each game would have a leader board which shall display top scorers of each game each time. Each participant can play any number of games for any number of times during the Contest Period. The detailed mode for participation in the Contest is set out herein below.

** The Winners shall be selected and declared at the end of the Contest Period in the manner more particularly set out herein. The final Winners of the Contest will be selected as per the selection mechanism provided below.

Modes of Participation:
** To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to log in to the Site, navigate to the Microsite and play one (1) or more of the three (3) games therein by following the steps stated herein below, during the Contest Period

** A Participant needs to log on to the official website of Nick India at following link www.nickindia.com i.e. the Site by
(i) providing the correct log in details (in case the Participant has previously registered themselves on the Site) or
(ii) duly register themselves on the Site as more particularly described on the Site and thereafter provide the correct log in details (in case the Participant has not registered themselves on the Site).

** After successfully logging into the Site, a Participant shall click on the Microsite and submit some basic details and/or complete certain formalities, as more particularly described on the Site; and

** A participant may thereafter play one (1) or more of the three (3) games on the said Microsite during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any other rules/instructions mentioned on the Site, Microsite or imposed by the Organizer from time to time, in its sole discretion.

** Each game would have a leader board which shall display top scorers of each game each time. Each participant can play any number of games for any number of times during the Contest Period.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 25th July, 2016 and shall conclude on 31st August, 2016 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any game/s played on the Microsite after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:

** At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 9 (nine) Participants who are top 3 (three) scorers in each of the three (3) games on the Microsite (“Winners”).

** In the event a participant is top scorer in each of the game, then such participant would be entitled to win only 1 (one) prize and further in the event a participant ranks in different positions in each game (example, top scorer in one game and second scorer in another game) then such participant would be eligible to win only 1 (one) prize, which shall be the highest.

** First 3 (three) participants who have ranked 1 (first) in each game by the end of the Contest Period as per the leader board for each game displayed on the Microsite shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a 1 (one) Prize each of ‘Mobile Phone’ as per gratification table provided below;

** Next 3 (three) participants who have ranked 2 (second) in each game by the end of the Contest Period as per the leader board for each game displayed on the Microsite shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a 1 (one) Prize each of ‘Wrist Watch’ as per gratification table provided below; and

** Last 3 (three) participants who have ranked 3 (third) in each game by the end of the Contest Period as per the leader board for each game displayed on the Microsite shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a 1 (one) Prize each of ‘Speakers’ as per gratification table provided below.

** The Winners shall be announced on 12th October, 2016 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
** Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the Organizer will distribute the prizes to the Winners on any date/s from 1st November, 2016 to 10th November, 2016 or on such other date/dates as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
