Please read this document carefully before participating in this contest. This contest is brought to you by Nissan Motor Co., Ltd and/or NMIPL (Referred to as NMIPL hereon) and managed by D2NA (referred as ‘contest managing body’ hereon) on behalf of NMIPL.

By participating in this contest, the participant agrees to be bound by this agreement. The information on this contest provided by NMIPL, is subject to the participant’s agreement to the terms and conditions below.

Terms & Conditions:
** Nissan Motor India Private Limited (“NMIPL”) offers to share Nissan Sunny Testimonials (including text, images, videos) on Nissan India’s Facebook and Twitter pages from the Eligible Participants.
** “Eligible Participant(s)” shall mean Indian resident(s) above eighteen (18) years of age, holding valid Indian driving license. Participation for this Contest starts from 14th July 2016 and ends on 15th September 2016.
** To participate in this contest, Eligible Participants will be required to:  (a) Own or Owned a Nissan Sunny (b) Share a story about his/her Nissan Sunny on Facebook or Twitter.
** (4) Winners will be selected by NMIPL on the basis of the best story and content. NMIPL reserves the right to change the number of winners or the duration of display.
** NMIPL promises to feature the best stories on their Nissan India Facebook & Twitter Page as per their own discretion.
** NMIPL reserves the right to have consent from the participants to use all assets shared by the participants of this contest on their social media channels in the future.
** Once Winner is selected, featuring the winner can approximately take thirty (30) days depending upon the formalities.
** This contest is brought to the Eligible Participants by NMIPL. All complaints, concerns, issues regarding the contest should be taken up directly with NMIPL.
** The featuring of the winner cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.
** NMIPL reserves the right to extend or terminate this contest without prior notice.

** NMIPL, also reserve the right to, at any time, without prior notice and from time to time, to add/alter/amend/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms & conditions or to replace wholly, or in part, this contest by another contest, whether similar to this contest or not, or to withdraw it altogether, without assigning any reasons.

** This contest cannot be clubbed with any other offer of NMIPL and cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person.
** The Eligible Participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Eligible Participants without being required to do any further act, shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these terms and conditions of contest.
** This contest shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai.
