App Train of Cards Contest Terms & Conditions

The Train of Cards contest  is brought to you by Motorola Mobility India Private Limited and is made available on the mobile application of www.amazon.in  by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited . Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of The Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence on August 05, 2016 at 10:00:01 am (IST) and end on August 05, 2016 at 10:00:00 pm (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** Amazon will be displaying four (4) kinds of cards on the select product pages during the Contest Period at a regular time intervals of two (2) hours. The number of cards to be displayed will be at the sole discretion of Amazon.
** To participate in the Contest, customer must earn points by spotting the cards (details mentioned herein below) and clicking on them across the product pages on the Mobile Application.
** You must be signed in to an Amazon account to earn points.

There will be 4 (four) kinds of cards displayed on the Mobile Application each with different points value:
** Jack = 10
** Queen = 30
** King = 100
** Ace = 500

Note:
** A customer will be entitled to spot a maximum of 300 cards during the Contest Period.
** The top 10% of the point earners during the Contest Period will become eligible to a draw of lots to receive Moto G4 mobile device (hereinafter referred to as “Prize(s)”).
** A total of 10 (ten) participants will be selected as winners by a random draw of lots for the Contest which will be announced by 31th August, 2016.
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest each.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any Prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There are a total of 10 (ten) Prizes that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 Prize to each of the 10 participants who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered to each winner on or before 31st August, 2016.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
