Renault Duster India Adventures Terms & Conditions :

1. The terms and conditions contained herein (hereinafter referred to as “Terms”) apply to the call for entries for participation in the Renault Duster India Adventures (“Call for Entry”).

2. The winners of the Call for Entry shall be able to participate in a reality adventure series called the “Renault Duster India Adventures” (herein after referred to as “Series”) to be organized and broadcast by New Delhi Television Ltd. (“NDTV”).
3. Your participation in the Call for Entry will be construed as an acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not participate in the Call for Entry. NDTV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
4. The Call for Entry will commence on July 15, 2016 and shall end on 10th August, 2016. .
5. The Call for Entry is open to Indian Citizens residing within the geographical territory of India only.
6. Employees of NDTV & its subsidiaries/group companies as well as those companies & their subsidiaries sponsoring the Series and their families are not eligible to participate in the Call for Entry.
7. Only those Participants who are above 18 years of age and hold a valid Indian driving license can participate in the Call for Entry.
8. To participate in the Call for Entry, you need to Log on to ndtv.com/indiaadventures and post your entry and videos to illustrate as to why you think you are best suited to be one of the participants participating in the Series.

9. The participant represents and warrants that:
(i) you own the video posted by you on the NDTV website or otherwise have the right to use the video
(ii) the use of your video does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any person, and
(iii) the posting of your video on the NDTV site does not result in a breach of contract between you and a third party.

10. Each contestant is allowed to make one entry only.
11. By participating in the Call for Entry and by posting your entries/videos on the NDTV website, you hereby grant NDTV exclusive royalty free, worldwide, license to use, such entries, videos in any media formats and through any media channels/medium including but not limited for advertising/promotional purposes.

12. It is the sole responsibility of the contestants to ensure that they are entitled to participate in this Call for Entry as per the applicable laws of India.
13. The participants who have posted the best entries will be called by NDTV for auditions.
14. NDTV’s editorial team shall select the contestant(s) from amongst the participants based on their entry and performance in the audition. The decision of NDTV in this matter will be final and binding and no questions, correspondence, enquiries, etc. on the manner of the selection and the Call for Entry itself from any party whatsoever will be entertained.
15. The contestant(s) will be required to be available for pre departure shoots and for any other promotional activities related to the Series.
16. The contestant(s) will be required to make themselves available for at least two months between July 2016 till September 2016 for participating in the Series. All travel, stay, meals and beverages will be handled by NDTV.

17. All personal expenditures that include but are not limited to telephone calls, room service, internet services, use of gym/spa, usage of mini bar, laundry, shopping and beverages other than those offered along with the meals are to be borne by the contestant(s). All meals or beverages other than those included in the itinerary have to be paid by the contestants(s).
