OnePlus Contest:

The OnePlus Contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by OnePlus (“Brand”) and is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“ASSPL”/ “Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

The Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
1.This Contest will commence from August 8, 2016 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on August 10, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (both inclusive) (“Contest Period”).

2.In order to participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:
(a) sign-in to your Amazon.in account on the Amazon.in mobile application;
(b) purchase product(s) on Amazon.in mobile application whose aggregate purchase value is more than INR 299 (Indian rupees two hundred ninety nine only) (“Products”). The Products should be purchased only by placing a single order during the Contest Period.

3.At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above, 15 (fifteen) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots. 5 (five) participants will be selected on each day of the Contest period.

4.The selected participants will then receive an e-mail from Amazon with a Contest question and will be required to answer the Contest question correctly. The shortlisted participants who answer the Contest question correctly will be eligible to each win a OnePlus 3 (Graphite, 64GB) smartphone (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”).

5.Each shortlisted participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
** There are a total of 15 (fifteen) Prizes that will be given under this Contest i.e. 1 (one) Prize shall be given to each participant who is declared a winner in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contest. The Prize will be delivered to the winners by OnePlus on or before October 3, 2016.

** The Prize shall be provided by OnePlus and all contents of the Prize are as decided by OnePlus. You agree and acknowledge that OnePlus will provide the Prize to the selected winners and that you shall not have any claim against Amazon with respect to the same.

** Please note that the description of the Prize offered herein is displayed on an as-is basis for information purposes only and are subject to change by OnePlus at its sole discretion. By participating in this Contest, you expressly agree and acknowledge that Amazon shall not be liable and/ or responsible, in any manner whatsoever, for any loss or damage caused to you in connection with such Prize.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
