FedEx Rakhi Offer & Contest 2015:
The FedEx Rakhi Offer (referred to as the ‘offer’) is a promotion of FedEx Express Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India) Pvt Ltd.

This is a limited period festive offer for retail customers. This offer is for the shipping of rakhis at discounted rates and is valid from August 7th to September 2nd 2015 (both days inclusive).

Terms and Conditions:
1. The offer includes a flat price of Rs.200 for shipping rakhis within India and Rs.2000 for shipping rakhis to international destinations.

2. Customers can send their own rakhi weighing up to 500 grams. Customers are not allowed send any food items such as sweets / chocolates along with rakhi.

3. The maximum weight of a rakhi shipment is 500 grams.

4. For domestic rakhi shipments within India, Priority Overnight (PO) service will be used and for international rakhi shipments, International Priority (IP) service will be used.

5. This offer is available at all FedEx stores, FedEx Authorized ShipCentres and through the retail microsite shipnow.fedex.com. The list of locations is available on www.fedex.com/in

6. This offer is open to retail customers who use cash or credit/debit card as the payment mode.

7. The offer also includes a contest which is open to residents of India, who are above 18 years of age.

8. To participate in the contest, the sister must explain “How special it is to celebrate Raksha Bandhan with your brother” on www.fedex.com/in/rakhioffer within 20 words.

9. The top ten best answers will be chosen by FedEx. To win a prize, these contestants must have a valid Airway Bill number for a FedEx rakhi offer shipment and have filled in the online contest form correctly.

10. The prize for the winners identified by FedEx will be a smartphone. The model and value of the smartphone will be at the sole discretion of FedEx.

11. The winners will be notified by email to the email address provided by the participant on the contest form within 45 business days of the end date of the contest. In the event a winner does not convey his/her consent to accept the prize within 10 calendar days from the date of notification by FedEx, he/she will forfeit the right to claim the prize. Any forfeited prizes will be reallocated by FedEx among other participants.

12. FedEx will choose the winner on the basis of the best answer, which will be judged by a jury appointed within FedEx.

13. FedEx may substitute rewards at its own discretion.

14. The rewards are non-transferable and no cash alternatives to the rewards are available.

15. FedEx shall not be liable in any manner for any mishap, accident or injury or damages, whatsoever the nature, caused to the customer while availing the benefits under the rewards.

16. Rewards are offered on best effort basis. FedEx will not entertain any claim or correspondence in regard to the reward or otherwise. FedEx makes no warranty or representation, either express or implied, with regard to the type, quality or fitness or merchantability of the reward provided under the promotion. FedEx will not be liable for services provided.

17. FedEx reserves the right to add, modify, change, vary any or all of the terms of the offer, and the same shall be binding on all parties at all times.

18. FedEx may choose to revoke the offer without any prior notice of any form at its sole discretion, without having any liability/consequences whatsoever towards any participant.

19. Participants cannot be an employee of FedEx, or an authorized supplier / advertising & promotional agency employed by FedEx, or family members / relatives of FedEx’ employees or employees of an authorized supplier / advertising & promotional agency employed by FedEx.
