Shutterbug Photo Contest :

1.The theme for the contest is ‘Freedom’- what it means to you. Use the hashtag #FreedomShutter to participate int he contest.

2.Follow Amazon India on Twitter(@amazonIn) and Facebook ( Amazon India)
3.To participate, you have to share your original pictures which depicts your definition of ‘Freedom’ on our social channels(Facebook, Twitter)

4.To participate on Facebook, you have to reply to the contest post in the comments section with your picture, #FreedomShutter and a description of your picture. Don’t forget to tag @amazon India) when you reply.

5.To participate on Twitter, you can submit your picture- upload a picture on your twitter account with the contest hashtag and a short description. Don’t forget to tag @amazonIn

6.Contest is open from 00:01am 12th August 2016 and closes on 11:59:59pm of 15th August 2016.

7.Winners will be announced on World Photography Day, i.e 19th August 2016 on Facebook & Twitter, and Amazon site and shall be contacted via direct message for contact details prizes to be distributed.

** NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER #FreedomShutter contest

** This #FreedomShutter contest (“Contest”) is provided by Canon India Private Limited, Western Digital UK Limited and Inter Foto India Private Limited (collectively, “Brands”). Please read these rules (the “Official Rules”) before participating in the Contest on the Amazon.in’s Twitter page (@amazonIn) and Facebook page (Amazon India).

** You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.

** These Official Rules are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use to which you agree by using the Amazon.in website or mobile application thereof. To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use is inconsistent with these Official Rules; these Official Rules will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

ELIGIBILITY:
If you are an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and are 18 or older at the time of entry, you are eligible to enter the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter the Contest beginning at 00:01a.m. (IST) on 12th August, 2016 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) on 15th August, 2016 (the “Contest Period”). To enter, you must:
** Follow Amazon.in on Twitter (@amazonIn) and Facebook (Amazon India).

** Share a copy of the original pictures clicked by you which depicts your definition of ‘Freedom’ (“Picture(s)”) on either one of our social pages / channels at Facebook and Twitter in the manner provided herein below.

** On our Facebook page, you are required to reply to the Contest post in the comments section with your Picture(s), #FreedomShutter and a description of what your Picture(s) depicts. Please ensure that your comment containing the Picture(s) has a tag “@amazon India”, when you reply to the Contest post on Facebook.

** On the Twitter page, you are required to upload a Picture(s) on your Twitter account with the Contest hashtag and a short description of what your Picture(s) depicts. Please ensure that while uploading the Picture(s) on your Twitter account you tag “@amazonIn”.

** The Pictures of the participants, who complete the steps provided in this ‘How To Enter’ section during the Contest Period, will be eligible to be reviewed by a panel of judges constituted by the Brands.

The judges would select 10 (ten) winners from amongst the eligible participant would be eligible to claim a Prize (defined hereinafter). The judges would determine the winners basis certain criteria, including but not limited to artistic and technical elements involved in the Pictures posted on Facebook and Twitter.

WINNERS LIST:
After the Brands confirm the winners and the winners are eligible to claim the Prize as per these Official Rules, Amazon will post the name of the winners on its Facebook & Twitter page and on the Amazon.in site.

Winners will be contacted via direct message on Facebook and Twitter for contact details for the Prizes to be distributed.
