HP Monsoon Bonanza:

Following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to the ‘HP Monsoon Bonanza’ detailed below (the “Contest”). For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the term HP, when used with reference to a legal entity, shall mean HP Inc.

Terms and Conditions:
1. The Contest shall run from 19th August, 2016 – 29th September, 2016. HP can curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.
2. The Contest shall be valid in India only.

3. Following shall be entitled to participate in the Scheme (“Participant”):
a. Any person or entity buying HP Cartridges (INK & TONER) from HP Online Store i.e. www.hpshopping.in during the Contest Period.
b. Customers buying HP cartridges through HP Online Store – their entries will be added directly through the system under this Contest.

4. An employee, agent or a relative of an employee of HP shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
5. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
6. Entries of the Customers buying HP cartridges through HP Online Store, will be added directly through the system under this Contest
7. No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
8. The Participant agrees to provide HP his/her current, complete and accurate personal information as sought during the time of purchase.
9. HP reserves the right to reject any entry/ without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by HP for rejecting any entry /submission shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

10. The winning Participants hereby waive all rights and grant to HP or its Affiliates, a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute their submission entry and/or photo and/or any element of the submission, in any and all media and in any publication whether online, offline or on the Internet. HP shall also be free to use any ideas, concepts, photos, know-how or techniques contained in such submissions or materials for any purpose.

11. HP does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish any reason or explanation at any stage of the Contest.
12. HP may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its Affiliates without consent of the Participants.
13. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.

14. The HP officials engaged in the organization and management of the Contest, including its directors, officers, partners, employees, consultants and agents are under no obligation to render any advice or service to any Participant in respect of the Contest.

15. Any attempt by a Participant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is in violation of Criminal and Civil Laws and should such an attempt be made, HP reserves the right to seek damages from any such Participant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

16. Following will be the prizes (“Prizes”) under the Contest:

** 1 Every Week – Shoppers Stop Gift Voucher worth Rs. 5000
** 1 Every Week – HP Convertible Notebook

Process:
** Participant buys HP original Toner Cartridges from HP Online Store during the contest period, i.e. 19th August, 2016 – 29th September, 2016.
** Purchases made through HP online store will be considered by default for above mentioned Lucky Draw
** Valid entries of HP Online Store, a day or week will be used for selection of Daily / Weekly winners as per scheduled listed in the table above
** Once winner is selected, his/her name and other details will be displayed online at hpshopping.in/monsoonbonanza
** Validation and dispatch of prize, would take a maximum of 30 days from the date of announcement.
** Personalized communications will be sent to the email ID of selected winner within 3-4 days from the date of announcement of a winner
