The Endless Race Contest:

The promoter of this contest is ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (“ExxonMobil”) hereinafter referred to as the Contest.

The Contest begins on 11 August 2016 at 12:00am (GMT + 8:00) and ends on 31 October 2016 at 11:59pm (GMT +8:00). All registered parties within the above stated period would hereby be known as “Participants” to this contest.

Participants must be citizens or permanent residents (PR) of the following geographic areas during the Contest period:
** Singapore
** China
** India
** South Korea
** Taiwan
** Thailand
** Philippines
** Malaysia
** Indonesia
** Australia
** New Zealand

Participants must be above the age of 18 to be eligible to win any of the prizes in this Contest. Participants are not required to make any purchase of EXXONMOBIL’s products to participate in this Contest.

Contest Mechanics:
** To participate, participants need to visit www.mobil1.com and register to submit their game scores.
** The Participant with the highest score submitted at the end of the Contest will win the grand prize.
** Winner of each track is based on highest score submitted for that specific track.
** The grand prize winner will win a 5 day trip to London, including a hotel stay and air tickets for two along with a tour of the McLaren-Honda Technology Centre.
** Participant’s scores cannot be amended by participants once it has been submitted.
** In the event that more than one Participant obtains the highest score, the Participant which obtained the highest points first will be deemed the winner.
** Participants will be responsible for all visa fees, government, federal, state and local taxes payable (including, but not limited to income tax, value added tax, luxury tax or any similar tax imposed by any country in connection with the prizes and/or the contest.)

Qualifying Entries:
** Employees (including their immediate family members) of EXXONMOBIL companies, its partners and subsidiaries, advertising agencies, public relations consultants, and others associated with the Contest, are not permitted to participate in the contest.
** EXXONMOBIL reserves the right to undertake a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act review prior to releasing the respective Prize, should the winner be a Government official.

Prizes:
** The winner of the Grand Prize; 5 day trip to London, including a hotel stay and air tickets for two along with a tour of the McLaren-Honda Technology Centre, will be the participant with the highest score tally from all of the tracks. Only Participants who have played all three tracks will be able to win the Grand Prize.

** Winners will be contacted in November 2016. The time of announcement may be moved earlier or later, at EXXONMOBIL’s absolute discretion. The decisions of EXXONMOBIL representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the contest.

** Winners will be notified by email, phone and/or the website. As such, Participant’s e-mail address keyed in at registration must be genuine. Winners will also be notified of the method for collection of prizes upon notification of their win.

** Only a prize winner and not any other person or agent, may claim a prize upon presentation of valid identification documents. A notification letter will be emailed / posted to winners, which they need to present together with their valid identification documents to qualify for the prize.
